You didn't read what I wrote young conall. I've never played 23/19. 3bet freq, was 8ish on Rush, wtsd%, was about 24% I think. Can't remember.

Just got back from number one son's gliding adventure. I didn't realize they launch them using a cable attached to a winch and a big engine. 0-60mph in 4 seconds. Vooom! Looks like great fun.

I think he's going to try it again as it's so low tech that it's very reasonably priced.

Oh dear. That sucks balls.

Well, I just carried out the plan I outlined earlier. We drank beer and watched Black Swan with Natalie Portman. Looks like ballet dancers are bulimic, self-mutilating, lesbian fantasists. We agreed that it was a very silly film, but strangely enjoyable. I played two tables of NL25 and even though I felt I was set up rather more often than I'd like, I made about $8 in 250 hands and, more to the point, felt that I made a lot of good decisions. I also managed to play 25/20, and felt as tight as a crab's arse at 40 fathoms. God knows how people manage 16/12 or something.

yeah wasn't really a fan of the whole premise of that movie. I"procured" a copy of the adjustment bureau recently. gonna watch that tonight if possible.

hoping to make 10 more buyins at 10NL then take stabs at moving up .

you would think I would have learnt my lesson about BRM at this stage, but the urge to withdraw once I make a few K has been too much thus far :f_biggrin:

O you played 25/20 after beer and Natalie Portman? I can do that.

I discovered tonight that Everest have NL10 HU cash tables! This is what I'm going to play now. There are several reasons for this.

i) I have managed to turn $250 free PS money into $105 (great investment PS!).
ii) I am bored of playing SH on so few tables, even though I seem to suck balls at it (Thanks for that phrase Conall. The key to good writing is high quality plagiarism.).
iii) I can play one table and enjoy myself.
iv) I can try to play one table well.
v) I've never played HU cash before and it was fun, even though I lost another $20.
vi) I can watch TT's HU vids. (Although I'm going to start with that new one that just came out).
vii) Hopefully by the time I've blown the rest of my $105, FT will be back, otherwise I'll move back to stars.

thats a shame, I just came into your blog to ask if you would like to sweat each other. i'm splashing around in NL25 SH (on jokerstars of course) atm, and feel like we could benefit from back and forth chatter/embarrassment. _evil:

I play some 18/14 @ NL25SH and sometimes feel a tiny bit too loose :f_biggrin:

Meh, just 4bet more! :f_biggrin:

finding it tough to 4bet guys who are 3betting 11% with my junk. I'l see how the first few thousand hands go before I make any major adjustments to my 4bet range, which is currently JJ+ AKo+ vs 11%ish 3bettors.

this is probs too tight? does 99+,AQs+,AKo sound better, and then what sort of call range do I have for a reshove? fold AQo and call everything else?

edit: nm, going to go for something like: QQ+, AK+, and then junk with non zero equity I wouldn't call with. weighted 65/35 towards value hands I think.

omfg another edit: money is rolling in now _cool:
