I think the foundation of NL25 is safe for now. An 8BI heater does not a revolution make.

Someone told me (now who was that??) that the key is to make the most of the sessions where you run really hot, extracting as much value as you can, and to lose as little as possible when you don't. In line with this, I had a break even session tonight, including KK<AA AI pre, so I'm actually pretty happy with that.

Preceding my session was the annual torture that is the school play. 90 minutes (Yes, you read that right, 90 fucking minutes.) of being shouted, I mean sung, at by about 50 eight to ten year olds. Pure hell. It's a bit like going to the dentist or being waterboarded by the CIA - you have to reach a Zen state where it's as if it's happening to someone else. As one of the undergraduates once wrote on their student evaluation form 'Now I've taken Prof jb's module (or for me, gone to the school play), I'm not afraid of anything, not even death'.

C/c from SB looks like a super strong hand so I'd call since the odds are really good and you have enough implied odds here. You're obviously looking only for the flush, nothing else is enough to continue. Oh, and you rarely have enough FE to try and semibluff here. They'd both have to be playing Mike Matusow style and fold a Qhi flush or worse there.

After SB calls I think you should call as well. You're the maths man but from the look of it you've got great odds to call there. A raise probably wouldn't create an fold equity as they've both already shown quite a bit of strength.

Lol. Last coaching, TT took over my laptop and let me watch him play NL25 for a while. Almost every time he raised big, he said 'Boom! In your face!'. The only other person I know who says this is my nine year old. Maybe he's cool too.

edit: @ hand: their ranges are pretty obv nuts² - call flop to hit flush. ship the moniez on turns, fold all other cards. although your hand is even more obv than theirs when u ship turn u will get paid off cuz thats what they do best. nh.
