you spelt "Crushing" wrong in your thread title, you spelt "Aggressive" incorrectly in a later post and you spelt "Tournament" wrong when you were joking about being a "Tornamentpro"

Thats my effort to help your english a bit, I like your blog. Pretty interesting.

There's also "hopfully" instead of "hopefully" in title. :)

My 2 cents. Good luck at the tables, even though you seem to already got that according to the EV vs Winnings line in your last graph...

hey guys,
i realy dont crush the nl 200 games.
I took another shot on the limt and after swingig up and down the last days i am down 2,5k
that is nothing spezial on that limit... i think...but i am not used to this kind of swings and after a little cashout ( i need to cash out about 1k/month)
i feel not rolled enough ...so i have to go back to nl 100 and grind it back up.
i hope my third try will work out :) (my first try is kinda easy to find in my graph ;) )

one hand of my session

opponent was aggresiv with a wide 3 beting range 24% and he was barreling a lot, but i dont realy know if this is a good spot cause i am repping a lot of draws, on the other side he barrels this turn with all his air, draws and backdoordraws.
and i need a bit over 50% FE to make it +ev
Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Hand abspielen

$1/$2 No-Limit Hold'em (2 handed)

Known players:
[tg]BB(Hero)$399.50:///////;SB$329.50:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7:h, 8:d.
Hero raises to $6.00, SB raises to $20.00, Hero calls $14.00.

Flop: ($40) 3:c, 6:s, 9:d (2 players)
SB bets $32.00, Hero calls $32.00.

Turn: ($104) K:c (2 players)
SB bets $76.00, Hero raises to $347.50,

what do you think?

after my range analyses i think he bets about 17% of his range on the turn because i dont think he barrels all his valuerange(there are some monsters he might check sometimes although its not good, and some valuehands for potcontrol or bluffinduce)
and his calling range is 6,9%(including bluffcatchers)
maybe some of you can make a range analyse and post the ranges here...that would be great...

In the comments below im presuming in the hand you mentioned that you were ip(in position) on the villan because the hand converted doesnt make sense.

Is there a reason you dont raise the flop bet? If you had almost any sort of made hand on the flop id raise so id add draws to the range aswell.

Turn looks very bluffy and cant put you on many made hands other than k6 or slowplayed kk/AA

if your oppenent thinks your move is very bluffy i think it is possible for him to call with a range of pair of 6's good kicker or better given this is about 55-65% of his range, I think this spot would be around about 0ev given that there will be times when villan doesnt realise how often you can bluff there and has tighter range.

thx for your comment,
wow i also had the thought that he would snap me with hands like TT-QQ and 9x but 6x is very loose because he has to think about my semibluffingrange with a flushdraw and overs to the 6 i have 15 outs, and i can shove here sets 69. K9,sets and some Kx i wanted to float with.
I dont like to raise the flop because i am not repping that much.
I wouldnd raise any of my madehands on this flop, without more reads.
What kind of madehands you would raise here???
And i have to raise/fold, what i dont realy like.
I think i have good emplieds against a part of his range, and there are a lot of turncards i expect him to give up->call.

mhm i dont realy know, very tough spot.

Hey Markus ..If you havent already you should check out the DC Pry1nnyraiding series (its HU NL200) ... its KRANTZ & WiltonTilt ... those guys were slaming some of the regs on Fulltilt ...

hey guys,
@PokerRoad yes i know these series and i can recommend it to everyboady interested in HU-play.
I dicided to make an account on bluefirepoker.com as well, so i will check out what i can learn of phil galfond aka omgclayaikon.

I will watch a video now and play a few hands nl 100.

Greetz and gl.

there are some realy nice vids, phil shows some really interesting tactics especially concerning the meta game.
i tried some of his stuff against a regular and it really worked :)
but unfortunately i sometimes forget that this is nl 100 and people on 100 dont like folding madehands
i have a problem with folding as well, there are a lot of spots there i put an oppenent on a range and decide that bet/fold or c/f the river is the best play he shoves and something in my brain goes wrong and i click the call button wizhout thinking.

Greetz and GL to all

It is not that easy to play motivated nl 100 after my shot.

I hope i will find my motivation and A-game in dez, i need the moniiez for a snowboard trip so that should be motivation :)

Here my graph for nov:

Once Mao Tse Tung said: "When we win at poker, we spend the winnings for chicks, booze and luxury (flatscreen TV with remote) to celebrate the winning. When we lose at poker, we spend the money on chicks and booze to forget our loss, and we occasionally break TV remote (which we bought for winnings)."

Mao was smart, wasn't he? :f_p:

I hope you can recover, this is a really nice blog and I hope downswing will not be the end of showdownmonkey. Good luck!
