Well 2013 has started out as expected, 328% below EV for all AIPF's. Yesterday was ok finishing +$1500 in everything under $80, but 7 bricks for everything above it brought that right on down. One was a $100/18 which I bubbled having lost aipf for the CL AKs <<<<<<<< A5o.

Today has been utter torture (the norm in other words). With a few games left am a grand down.

Through the hols I did alot of thinking about possibly finding a stake to go for SNE. The idea being that I can get SNE with PROBABLY around 100k profit playing LESS hours that I am needing to play on my own roll. The idea that I can play any stake, any game and not give a flying fuck about swings. The idea that swonging 10 trillion $ will not demotivate me or dampen my spirits resulting in a mutilated wife (if I had one) cuz it simply aint my dough, yet almost guaranteeing at least $100k in my pocket which I can't necessarily do on my own, at least not on the 25hrs/week I could easily do it playing $200 hypers.

But then I thought better of it and said no, I'll make $100-120k all on my lonesome. Now after just 2 days playing I'm having 3rd thoughts, simply for the motivation reasons and little else. Suffering this constant RNG abuse for what is now a decade of online poker (over 4yrs professsionally) is just killing my chances of playing the maximum hours that I can. I'm not even sure I could find a 70-30 deal which licenses me to have an abi of at least $200 but I have a couple people in mind who would definitely be interested. Let's see how the rest of the month pans out first I guess.

Just as I end this here's my only hiope of cashing in a $3r 180. First hand at the FT a I'm 76% v 13% v 10%.

Another day of hell ensues after bricking around 92 from 97. Best result was a $35/180 3rd of which naturally the exit hand I was favourite in before the realistic board came down. Also managed my 4th successive 9th in $15/180's so yeh, really well done there!!!

Here's the AIPF's from today and the year so far.

Just end reading all your blog. Man seriously you run bad . You mention many time these fuckers who have 20bis downswing and they think it is downswing. Please take 1hour and read my blog

Variance drive me crazy. I am not an idiot that i think i am poker god or whatever but seriously how can you have 320bis downswing in stts? Jesus

Some people just cant understnad this and when they start loosing 20-30bis they whine about their luck. I dont know wtf is wrong with this. If i was a loosing player or breakeven i could understand the huge variance. But not this way

My mindset improved a lot when i read Mental Game of Poker. I recommend it to you too. It will help you 100%

I hope see you cashing big this month gl

You come in here expecting to see more whining. I won't disappoint. What has happened since my $12k bink? Worst ds of my life that's what. LOLLLLLLLL YEP!! Another record shattered but a few weeks after the last time it was. At least I think it is, can't remember how low I got in Dec but think it was a little less than this, especially in time frame of 14hrs anyway. Over 80 bis. 70bb/100 below AIPF.

I just checked and I lost way more in Dec, ok 2nd worst then.

This shit just gets so fkn boring. I've had countless COUNTLESS bad beats sitting in a great chip position either at 180m FT bubble stage or at best 9th. Well the very last game just was 8th, calling a shove with AJo both of us on average stacks A5s pisses a flopped flush like it's no thang, like it happens every other hand live. no. it. doesn't.

I'm grateful to bink an MTT every 6 months but I would trade those wins for RUNNING TO EXPECTATION in SnG's in a fucking heart beat pal!!

Just when will it end....

I started to recover since the last graph and was around $500 off peak when today I brick 57 from 59 for a lovely $1400 loss @ 225 bb/100 below ev from 200 AIPF's.

I checked over the past as comparing these bb/100 figures wasn't something I used to do but since HEM forum assured me it's 100% accurate I now do it all the time. Both the 1st and 2nd half of 2011 were both even in expectation and actual. Except that the first half of 2011 I achieved horrendous results, and was alot more 9mans than 18's at that stage. The second half was mostly 18's @ bang on EV for 16% ROI.

Then, since December just gone I've run 50% below ev, 35% since Nov, 25% since July, and 15% in the last 12 months over 25k AIPF's. 15% might not sound alot but imo it's fucking massive over that many hands.

Today I've been nursing my bruised mental state with some vids from this guy. Old but still hilarious. And true of course.

A very rare positive post today. Having had two +$1k winning days in a row, today's was down to a $60 180 ALMOST win, had to settle for 2nd though, I am now back to peak, finally.

January

Also got my first ever gold star on sharkscope boards the other day from just one day of playing 45 mans. Only $400 profit was needed to sit in 2nd spot so needless to say that was very short lived and I soon dropped back to silver. However now I've gotten the gold back again but in a much tougher table, $35-100 2-3 game, having played roughly ONE FIFTH of everyone above me. That feels good.

So I cashed the TCOOP Main. I ended up selling 65%, more than I intended but that was fine. mcc3504, piratos14, icantsng, sippin_criss, push0rdie, taxidel 3 all had pieces, pirate and icantsng were swaps. Of the 3 swapees I was the only cashee but I defo got the worst start. Down to 10k, which was 20bbs at the level, after I barrelled a big chunk off with a str8 flush draw to no avail. But then as things were looking worrying, I went on a mini card rack, typical PS style really, 10 good hands then return to the freezer for an hour. Got into the money then the next step up was here in no time as all the shorties who crawled into the money then let loose and busted. I had around 20bbs I think when a guy min raises in mp and a 5bb stack went all in. Stats on opener were tight but only 23 hands, 9/9/0. My instincts immediately said he has a big hand but you simply cannot rely on 23 hands...EVER. So I jam AQs and he snaps AA, good fudging game for $1171!!

I then played the supersonic, got a good stack then ran TT into KK then busted 77 into QQ and AA LOL!!!!! Another tournament I think the Hot $55 was all I played and bust to KK. So yes, I REALISTICALLY coolered every tournament. But no complaints as cashing the main was a must.
