So on holidays now and I am only playing a little 6 max 2NL and not doing too bad, my PT4 trial has ran out however so the hands are not being stored unfortunately. I shall now be buying PT4 Small Stakes as soon as I get to $100 in my bankroll and then I will just reload.

Bankroll: $86.31

6 max NL is so much easier than full ring, especially in regards to overbets being called off by fish, and the mobile players (fish) are everywhere in 6 max compared to Full Ring. I am not using a HUD either for 6 max.

Current consumption of alcohol; real ales, real ales oh and, more real ales! haha

Oh yeh, it is 10% up to £5 but the standard open for that table is often 10x, it is a ridiculous table and as a result I often find myself playing 4% of hands or something but getting paid, I know some of the other plays like to play small and bloat the pot post flop but I find that against such gamblers when the rake is so high that playing tight and conserving your chips is the best way to play. Unfortunately I coudln't get the bikes here the car just couldn't take the weight. Great place though!

Played 4 tables of 2NL a bit this afternoon before going out as well as 2 tables of PLO for a little bit. Up $4.12 for the session thanks to some fish calling with their gutshots all in haha

Playing PLO for the first time in a while, well seriously. The holiday just didn't have a good atmosphere for the concentration PLO requires. But I have some hands to share.

Was really not sure what to do if the deepstack was aggressive in this hand, I nearly x/folded.

- This hand was annoying for me, calling down with the sucker end of the straight I imagine. I don't think J7 ever value bets that river.

Preflop just call, to avoid a big pot OOP.

I would call his riverbet (3:1)

The 1/2pot bet on the river seems weak to me.
Trips, two pair, 97xx, busted FD and maybe a Qxxx straight.

You called two potsize bets before.
So why bet the nuts small on the river??

I get your thinking, it did look weird to me that he would change bet sizing, this is what passive lines do to you or continuing with sucker draws that can have pressure put on. JQ is very likely and crushes me, if a player simply feels like they have to value bet thinly with it then I am crushed.

In hindsight I think that turn raise fold would have been better.

Yeh this was my worst hand of the day, as soon as I 3bet I felt like it was a terrible move, I didn't even check HUD stats which could have helped. Then the pot bet on the flop was simply because it was a shame thing haha, you can have it all for bad play lol.

Back to work tonight for the first time in a month, honestly cannot wait with exams finishing and just getting back from Holiday. Can't wait to get dealing cards again.

Contributing more in the hold'em forum as the PLO side of things is running low on contributions. As a result I am playing 6 Max NL a bit more as I find I can play 6-9 tables relatively well as PLO is 2-4. I will put a session in today and post the progress later.

General Ramblings
I am just considering All in EV at the minute, I understand I can take the odd beat now and then against a reg at the microstakes however, I was just considering the fact that my all in EV is calculating the gain I get from any situation. But in the microstakes against such passive opponents I think it may be redundant, considering that raises from such passive players which is the majority of the playing population at 2 and 5 stakes are often leaving you as a 4:1 dog and you often fold in them spots. Therefore, you are or always should run around EV against players in this stake. I can only imagine it is important to consider such a thing when you play higher and there are higher bluff frequencies.
