Heya guys this will be my first time in doing this so any help is most appreciated. Im 25 years old from Essex, I work FT mon-fri on computers but have 2 months leave for unspoken reasons. Iv'e been playing poker on and off for about 7 years... but never really seriously.. im a super fast learner.. you'll be surprised. Well nows the time where im going to take it seriously.. post daily graphs and hands and listen to as much feedback as possible and improve my game as much as possible also.. so today is day 1. I hope you wish me the best of luck as I do all of you guys.. im playing NL .5
This was the dip in the graph at the end today... I decided to take a small break so as not to tilt

Welcome back Sharky,
Good to see you blogging my friend and I will be a regular reader.
Your playing BSS I'm guessing from your stack size, looks like you've made a good solid start, keep it going
Yeah, take frequent breaks, don't overplay too long a session and just concentrate on your A game. That sample hand is unfortunate, but it will happen occasionally, just forget it and move on, your doing great already.
Good luck buddy,
Bart

NL## just means the limit you play, and is always shown in cents
For example, NL5 = No Limit 5c (5c being your big blidd and obviously small blind being 1/2 of your big blind, but in this case 2c.)
so, NL50 is No limit 50c, small blind being 25c.
Also to the extreme of NL1000 which is No Limit 1000c or $10 and small blind being 500c or $5 but once you reach $2 as big blind, you usually write it as 1/2 or 3/6 being $'s.
Hope this helped and makes sense.
I thought I would post a couple of the hands I wasn't too keen on from yesterday.
