[Closed] slikec poker story! NL SH low stake player!

Are you going to stick to BSS now ?

No ♦ I tried and failed miserably. For now i'll stick to SSS. Yesterday i played like fish three hands which is enought for me to go back for now with SSS

I just remembered i have picnic with friends on friday 11th ♦ So my brother will play for me those 3 free MMTs Better that than going to waste. If he get some luck i usually don't maybe he can get sth. And he agreed we split 50% 50% any money he gets ♦

Titan become so TAGish that is unbelivable ♦ Ofcourse now and than i see fish but we soon take his/her money and again only TAG vs TAG play. So i decided to change atmosfere again and pacific have nice first deposit bonus.

Well i didn't got 125% up to $475 bonus but 100% up to $400. So i asked online support if i am at least tracked which they said i am. additional 75$ would be nice but ok i can survive.

I will wait few days with playing on pacific until i see i am really tracked since is fishy they say i am and i get normal bonus

Now i will play few more hands on Titan against other TAGs ♦

Eh crap ♦ Played really late at night between 2 and 3 am since unbelivable 10-15 NL50 tables were available.

Just everything went wrong. Fishes got lucky every single hand against me.
I lost(those are hands i remember ♦):
-A10 vs KQ(blind battle and i know here i was slightly favorite but K on river wasn't nice ♦)
-1010 vs A7 after he called 2$ raise preflop he went all in on 567 board ♦ Well he got A on turn.
-AK vs AJ- he got J on flop(all in preflop)
-KK vs 88(we all know how he won that a, all in preflop)
-and last i remember made me really mad since we have saying donkey don't got twice on ice and thats exactly what i did I was SB with 99 one player limped i raised to 2,5$ he raised to 5,5$ i pushed all in and he called showed AA. He did that twice now against me. I have him marked and i will get him one day ♦ Damn trapper he do that like all the time. Obviously his aces don't get cracked at all( he is playing BSS).

Well i made 3k Titan points in 3 days and aswell nice -50€ downswing which is mostly because of really miserable try playing BSS on NL20. And when i got up all fishes were lucky against me. And i played really tight! Even tighter than i usually do lol ♦

Anyway i hate i can not play at Titan at morning since noone is there so i will probably play again some 1+0,2$ SNG at party. I know rake is huge but so far after 100SNGs i am still break even and i need to practice SNG to someday play better MMTs or even quit SSS and try SNGs instead.

I don't know we'll see so far i wait what will be my rake back at Titan and i hope i will get at least 20€(would be nice ♦).

Well i hardly recommend that you stay away from pacific poker here is why:
1. you can play MAX. 6 tables same time(what a crap),
2. really low amount of players and full tables but ok well as in point 1 you can only play 6 tables at time ♦
3. ugly green layout. All seems very old fashion and furthermore when you mini table really badly visible
4. first deposit bonus is nothing special. Especially 300$ part for which you NEED to make BY YOURSELF 1500$ RAKE to clear it which means 20% rake back which is nothing special.

Basicly thats it. If anyone else have better experience playing there i would like to read some positive sides of that poker site maybe wouldn't be bad at least to clear a bit of bonus(at least when both parts covers).

Actually I've played in both of the sites in the Pacific network and got 2x100$. I didn't like the software much but once I made 10 buy-ins on NL25 for quite a short amount of time I quickly forgot about it. Then I had a little downswing there(the beginning of my b-log) but anyway I'm still a lot up from the fishes there.

The bonus though is awesome for a bankroll builder. The fact that you will play 1-2 less tables is more than compensated with these instant 100$ bucks which are very easy to clear. Besides you play against soft competition.

There's no point to clear the remaining bonus.. Just release the instant and move somewhere else - that's what I did. I completed the instants for like week and something each on NL25. On NL50 it should be a lot easier

Soft my ass ♦ I am soft since i am not used to playing BSS and playing SSS 6 tables is so boring(even playing BSS is ♦ ). I made only 25points(need 175) more for that bonus so i have to rethink if is worthed. Not to mention 888 throw me out now 5 times saying my graphic card accelerator don't work. Lol like is some ultra good game i am playing ♦

I have just one word for pacific poker to say :unf**kingbelivable !!!!

I mean so far i went all in preflop 6 times(count only those that i was called) and won only once! And i was 5 times ahead! I must be lucky i am only -14$.

I have to share you my moments every poker players loves (if are not happening to him ♦) :

1. this one we went all in on flop(before betting on flop was only 2$!) and looks who wins ♦

2.this one KJ guy raised to 36cents A10 called so i decided to push after all queens can be cracked which they were:

3.this hand i limped since we had maniac on table who raised every hand and i counted on that. He did raise to 24cents James called i raised to 1,2$!!! James called i push on flop and ofcourse he called. Sick hand anyway. To pay 1,2$ with K2o is just sick! But he is crazy i have one more hand with him:

4. again hand with james all in preflop!:

5.crazy hand. this KK guy and another one(chipmon) miniraised like each 4 times preflop for additional 6 cents so i almost folded(which as you see i should). They stopped at 48cents when i saw flop i know i should be ahead. KK guy push all in i call and A :spade:9 calls. Well as you can see i lost again ♦ I had only 62% equity on flop and on turn only 95% ♦ Eh is just poker but i never had so many suckouts in a row ♦

I wish you better luck and if i fail to take some money from fishes please at least you be successful

Hiho hiho hiho slikec is back(maybe).

After so many bad beats at pacific and one month on break even i took nice 10days pause from poker. Was nice i must say i missed thrill a bit but i couldn't stand playing anymore.

Well yesterday i went back on game this time on Stars and eh i am breakeven again can you believe it ♦ Yesterday i played SNGs first went well was +6$ than i lost to many and finished day -5$. I also played t2$ tournament went out 120 with QQ against A10(i still don't know how he could called(we were both middle stacked) that but he hitted even two pair so would win even against AK,AQ ♦ ).

Today i decided to play SSS NL10 and first hour i went -10$. Lost all coinflips and also KK vs 88 and QQ vs 77 (both shortstackers and we went all in preflop just sick :().

Than i had really nice session went from -10 to +10$. Won three times when 3 went all in. once i had AA(all in preflop), KK(all in preflop i was a bit scared one have AA) and 1010(first in raised one called so i called since i had 4$(just doubled up). With 1010 i floped four of a kind earn 6$ with it ♦

That period was nice than kaaabooooom. Was just unbelivable. In matter of 30s i got QQ on 3 tables(played between 12-14tables) all in preflop all three cases bumped into KK twice and AA once(one QQ vs KK was even blind battle ♦) and lost all three no doubt about it.

Like that wasn't enought minute latter i get JJ early position raise(althought SSS ...) one raraise me i was like damn again i am probably underdog and push. Well he beat me with A2o ♦

This time i got in the money in 2$ tournament as average chip stack ♦ and overplayed 33 and lost 40% of chips.

I got feeling this tournament won't last long for me so i started closing SSS tables.

I got QQ one more time all in preflop again vs KK. Well i am sick of ladies for awhile thats for sure

Than on tournament i was SB with blind 400/800 ante 50 with K :diamond:2 and two limped so i called. Flop came Q :diamond:j :diamond:10 :spade:. Oh yes my stack was 13k chips.

I checked BB checked bigstack betted 800 another limped called and i just decided to push monster draw. Here i have question for you should i just call or was push better. Well i thought i have nice fold equity and monster draw have 50% to win so push was better than call in my opinion. Well big stack called with Q10 and i didn't improved furthermore he got 10 on river ♦

Well i got a little more than 6$ which made my day profit and in two day i am +1,5$ played 8 hours made only 90FPP

Just no use i think. Is weekend so i will go for SSS NL20/50 on Titan and i hope i'll get luckier

FINALLY ♦ I mean i waited only one month for this. "Poker gods" finally had mercy on me I had only one suckout(against fish i lost AA vs K10 all in preflop) and i suckout ladies with jacks(one more proff ladies are not so good ;)) otherwise solid poker won lots of AK vs AQ(i think there was at least 3 of those today ;)) for example and few nice fishes made my best poker day and damn nice winrate:D

Played around 3 hours NL50 SSS at Titan mostly max 16 tables as we can and made 68€ profit It feeeeeelllllsss grrrreeeeeaaaatttt. I mean finally as i said in title.

Eh i met swiss(awishformore) on 1+0,2 SNGs at Stars ♦

He plays 9 tables as me ♦ We played on 7 tables same time i kicked him out twice he cripled me bad once ♦

Anyway i am having downswing. SO many badbeats that is nasty(even swiss got lucky we split when i had AK vs his A10 :().

Anyway i am having this weekend small vaccaccions have fun and more luck as i have. Losing 4 4:1 favorite in a row is not nice

Hang in there! I had a few bad beat periods myself. Times when I couldn't buy a win are just a "fond" memory away. What I have worked out however is that whatever amount u go down, after it u go up about 3times the lost amount So hang in there, play the proper game and winings will come back even harder. But I have to say u are doing really well from my perspective, specially when I see u are playing SSS! Keep going at it! After all if u won't, u will never get the upswing Good luck!

Well what to say. First probably i could write damn long post but is useless to sum up about July:
-made to most basic(no extra points this month) PS points in month so far (approx. 1,5k i think)
-first month without any profit(to many bad beats when i tried higher limits and so on and also bad play)
-moved up from NL20 SSSwhere whne opponent didn't know me in June i made some nice profit really quick to NL50 where all i do is produce Titan points and rake
-tried SNGs last 14 days because NL50 SSS become boring and frustrating and Titan poker still didn't pay me my rake back. SNGs i can beat with your help(PS) and actually i kinda do if you count ot big downswing which you can see on sharkscope (slikec on Stars). I play now again 1+0,2SNGs beat them with ROI 10% i think(rake is damn high) big downswing was because i played 2*9 5+0,5SNGs. First nine i bust all before getting in money and i busted out nasty. I lost 4 times all in when i was 4to1 favourite. Next one was set versus set and one was AA vs TT he hit ten on flop and bust me out(was not all in preflop so not bad beat). Impossible how many sets they hitted. Next 9 SNGs was much better i made23$ profit which cut my losses a bit from first 9.

Only achievement this month is 95 place in Mercury division in battle of planets ♦ --->

2.That one i putted since is funny what can happed already first hand in 1+0,2SNG. Story was AA raise to 60 i raised to 240 BB raise all in he call and i just dont fold kings in 1+0,2SNG. Well jacks wins but after i saw aces i just opened new SNGs and save hand

3. This one made me really mad since pot was really nice 30$ and i lost really almost impossible

4. This one was 2+0,22$ tournament aftre first brake blinds already 100/200 KK guy had little stack(approx. 1,1k) so i pushed with JJ with 3,8k. I love call after another push from A7s guy ♦ When i saw cards i was really happy since main pot was really mine but what can you do when you just are not lucky

Happened few things which can be posted in my blog.

1. Finally my brother decided that he have enought play money and will try real money with 50$ from PS ♦ I even played against him also thrue internet(we play lately weekly with friends NL poker with 2/4cents blinds and he improved his game significantly).

2. Problem with Titan poker not solved They said they paid all rake back i am sure i still should get 39€ more. Well here are two problems actually more than just money itself:
-if they really did payed(i still dont know when since i track status after every session) i suck at SSSing NL50. I know i suck anyway but with additional -40€ i suck big time. So i should probably stop playing at Titan for awhile.
-if they didn't pay it sucks since what to do on site that don't keep their promise if you have hundred more to choose from.

3. So what i did is return back to my winning limit which is NL4 ♦ I mean why bothering with sth. that somehow just don't work for me and make only rake and no profit if i enjoy playing NL4 far more and also have steady winnings. So i played at Party with nice reload bonus(would be nicer if their exchange rate wouldn't suck a bit) and met my bro there on one table. Unfortunatelly i was just finishing my session while he just started so i couldn't take much money from him(is getting harder and harder to do that which is good and also more exciting ♦ ).

4. I finally cleared first deposit bonus on Stars which made nice boost to my roll.

Anyway this facts are more interesting for readers:

1. Titan poker with summer time made lots of PS players to come there which means:
-good side is far more available tables
-bad side is that we are all TAGs and is impossible to earn money in long run. I am break even playing around 30k hands NL50 SSS and well i can tell you is not funny at all!

2. Well that information would be very helpful when i found out this site and is about which is the best site to take those 50$ on.

In my conclusions is 100% Party poker!
Here are reasons why:

First you can choose from:
1.Titan- is good site with lots of fishes low limits and they have even limits with blinds 1/2cents which is nice at start but is not good to waste 50+100$ if you have great first deposit bonus!
2.Mansion- i don't know much about mansion but again not good to waste 50+100 offer if you have really nice first deposit bonus!
3.Full Tilt- i don't know much about Full Tilt but again not good to waste 50+100 offer if you have really nice first deposit bonus! And also their lowest NL limit is NL10 with 10% rake(other sites have 5% any limit) so really hard start for beginner!
4.Stars- Well at Stars if i remember correct you get only 50+50 so thats first minus and second minus is that on low limits is almost impossible to get those FPP you need to clear additional money!
5.Party- So why Party is the best? Where to start. Lets start with first deposit bonus if you start to play Party later. Is 30% up to 150$. Do you see sth.? First is only 30% second is only 150$ and if you chose Party for starting capital you get what 50+100$ which is 150$. Interesting a ♦ Thats not it. Lowest limit is 2/4cents which is very fishy and most important you can easily clear additional 100$ since you get Party points also on lower limits and getting 300partypoints in 90days is just not hard.
Oh yes btw i saw they have now really nice freerolls for beginners. Bankroll builder 2,5K$ is on weekly basis and they have also bankroll builder 10k$. Very nice since you have so many freerolls to get into them and can get some nice money. And you are rookie now there 60days.

Ofcourse i advised my bother Partypoker for starting capital and i hope he'll do it well

So roll is 441€+784$ which is now 965€(250€ i deposited so far). NL50 was break even again, NL4 at Party was nice and i got 100$ at Stars for first deposit bonus.

Eh crap!

Again i lost KK vs AQ. In last 6 times i got action when i had KK i always met AQ and sometimes some joined and never AA. Well i lost damn 4 times to damn AQ. Twice they hitted A once flush once staright.

Was nice weekend with playing SSS NL50. Made 60€ in 4 hours yesterday and today. Well today i decided to play more since i saw damn nice tables(with average above 25$ which on NL50 is very nice also for rake back deal at Titan ;))

Well went i earned additional 15€ than just nothing went well. Lost KK again as mentioned up lost 5 coinflips and on free flop when i hitted bottom two pairs and opponent top one lucky river gave him set

So today from +45€ to -5€ i matter of half an hour Just extremly bad luck and one had missplayed:(

Well i hope Titan poker will this time pay me all rake back i deserve!

NL50 SSS or NL4 BSS!

Here is what happened last week:

Here is why i play SSS NL50 and why NL4.

NL50 because of nice 40% rake back at Titan this summer and because is impossible to be so unlucky all the time as i am sometimes. I mean i beated NL20 SSS easily with 4BB/100 hands in over 30k hands i played. Also not to mention i will be gold there second month in row which means 20$ additional money. I am thinking of playing NL50 SSS at Titan during weekends to maintain gold status there since i calculated if i will get full 40$ bonus i will get even a bit more than 40% rake back as i have now(with reload bonuses ofcourse).

NL4 because is fun ♦ I mean i don't even have to think much i just enjoy most of time since at Party NL4 only few players can match my skills and ofocurse i note them so they hardly get money from me as me from them usually. Is not that i have lots of skills but quite a lot to beat easily NL4 at party. Also Party have nice reload bonuses basicly i played there again NL4 since they gave me 20% reload bonus and i had to deposit money so that i ca n withdraw now. But earning 40$ +20$ from reload really makes me think that i just should enjoy playing at NL4.

In overall when i started 1$ was scare money for me ♦ Later 5$ later 10$ and now 10$ is normal gamble money after 40k hands NL50 SSS and some even at NL100.

Anyway i tried SNGs and also shorthanded to and i can say so far i am weak player in all areas.

I am just to TAG and as that is hard to play poker ♦ Only at NL4 that works perfectly NL10 BSS didn't work in past ♦

Well anyway i wonder which articles/books/videos would you recommend for me to read/watch so that i would successfully losen up

P.S.: Just for fun i show how i rock DOTA (that was AP pro game and i picked gondar because of rikimaru and morthred in other team and also because gondar is my favourite hero ♦

I can not believe it. At least from August 10th till today i got exact rake back from Titan as i should which compensate a little bad ending of last night(actually this early morning).

So just breached 1k€ mark Well average winrate sucks big time( i think is sth. like 20cents per hour ♦) but at least i passed first big marker (at least in my eyes). And otherwise i would probably play more DOTA ♦

I have one problem anyway which is that i have feeling that damn Titan points are going up pretty slow:( Anyway i need only 1k more to obtain gold status and reach one of my goals for this month. So hard to find table where are less than 4 PS shortstackers on in is probably reason why Can't wait to see how things will be in September

I hope less tables-> less PS TAGs-> more fun-> nice winrate again
