I think your giving yourself a hardtime over nothing mate. You need a much bigger sample to know how well your beating the SNG's. My ROI was 29% over my first 500-600 games and felt like i couldn't be touched. Since then i have been breakeven for like 2-3 months and its frustrating as hell but thats poker for you.

Changing site wont stop the bad beats. Take a break and clear your head

I wouldn't be limping on the SB with a weak ace early in an SNG. No need to get involved, just fold preflop and avoid the tough spots your getting yourself into.

I agree with Burgeo29, just fold.

And imagine that i play 6-7 hours per day 6 tables and i loose one two tables that way.I am very frustrated and first time in weeks now i tilted a lot.I play bad i run worst and i cant really focus on game and i focus on bad beats and coolers. So a quick sum up is bad play+run bad=little profits+not enjoy the game. The tilted mode i am drive so crazy today that i bluffed all hands when we remained 3 people and in all heads up play.Maybe i need a quick break to refresh my psychology a bit.I read no more people i play only the cards and i play far far away from my A game.

Sick tilted finish distirbutions for today in 36 sit n gos: (worse than worst) _o:

1-8.3
2-19.4
3-19.4
4-8.3
5-11.1
6-19.4
7-2.8
8-11.1
9-0

My graph for today: (so sick and you can easily see that i play bad because my lines are like drunk vampires :f_frown: )

Maybe some people say ''come on mate you run bad you play bad but still you are winning'',but i respectfully disagree _cry: _cry: _cry:

My graph for the last three days(drunk also):

I had to withdraw all my bankroll for two reasons. One i bought a new pc and second i fear of the black friday consequenses(wrong spelling).I left only 154$ meaning 28bis.I ll start my challenge again without withdrawing any money any more maybe only 100$ per month.I ll move up when i reach 120bi for 11$reg(no turbo for me,if i tilted in reg then turbo variance will kill me _o: )

New starting bankroll:154$

Ps first time in my life i am waiting rakeback from pokerstrategy like mad

Good luck man, this blog looks just like my old ones. _o: You need to find a way to redirect your efforts. Forget about bad beats, you can't play thinking and whining like this all the time, you're wasting a ton of mental energy into overthinking everything and focusing on bad beats/downtrends and this undoubtedly affects mindset and play quality.

Something new I'm doing which I think is working although the sample is small so far : make and follow some rules in your blog. For example :

- No whining about bad streaks
- No mentioning and definitely no posting bad beats hands
- Look for the positive side in everything that happens and post about positive developments consistently
- Limit post length like that you don't get onto rambling about bad beats even when you started the post positively

I guess I don't have the results show and say "look this is how I beat online poker and reached the high stakes" but I do think I have a reasonable online poker experience after 3 years playing and I have reached some useful conclusions.

My old blog :
https://www.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=84060
Gawd just makes me sick to see that blog, all the wasted time writing all those negative posts

Almost forgot one new rule I'm really loving :

- No editing posts

I think that one is a killer. When you're editing your posts you're obviously overanalyzing everything too much and getting too caught up with things.

Hahaha it will be impossible to read it all .. and pointless I think. It's too boring and filled with stories of bad beats and bad mindset. I think all that's important are my conclusions after writing all that all those years. And actually I can't find my 1st blog to link, which is by far the longest and most whining filled one. The ones I posted above are my 2nd and 3rd blogs.

Anyway, keep the hard work up. The effort you are making is noticeable, but might be better channeled.

I am currently playing in my new laptop with one more monitor connected. It is way more easy to multitable with two monitors than crush your eyes tying to see chips _love: I am expecting my new monitor tomorrow and then i ll be the master Btw i really think that the best option is a laptop with one or/and two monitors connected than a table pc

My new workroom: _love: _love: _love:

Today i played only two session of 17 tourneys total.I update so early because i probably will not play again for two reasons.I ll play some football manager and i need to study the new regulars i met in my sessions. In my sessions i focused too much in 3 and 2 players play thats why i finished only one time second.Instead i finished four times first and three times third _cool:

Note for today:First time in my life i saw a regular speed sit n go reaching blinds 250/500 when still four people remained. And i definitely enjoyed that.I believe if that happens every time it will be so tedious but it will be very very pleasant if happens once in a while _love:

My graph for today:

I am very very happy with my play.I believe i played near perfect making only some small mistakes but i ll review my sessions and try to improve them

New starting bankroll:154$
Current bankroll:205$

Today i received my new monitor which is really awesome and i started playing right away!!!!

I was so excited that i motivate myself to play 9 tables instead of 6 that i am playing. So i played two sessions of nine tables each in which i runned pretty good BUT because poker isnt playing only the cards but the people too i played terrible and i had two loosing sessions.THank god the losses where tiny.If i remember right about 10$ in each session. The ugly think about 9 tabling straight from 6 is that i could not take notes in people so i can exploit them.I drop down to seven tables where there is no difference between 6 and seven and i do it pretty good.So in my last session i switched again in 8 tables and played very good run better as a result a big profit that covered my loosing ones.I hope i could run like this all year.To sum up i see some old fishes came back and some regulars and weak players from 11$ playing in 5.50$.The games end approximately 1 blind level after they used to but its not boring...yet _love: _love: _love:

PS focusing on heads up make big profits.I try to play my A game in each heads up.I went 9 times in 1v1 finishing 6 times first.Thats why i didnt have big looses but small looses. And not small profits but big profits _cool: So people focus a lot in 1v1.It makes huge difference in $

My graph for today:

Starting bankroll:154$
Yesterday bankroll:205$
Today bankroll:244$

I can suckout too!!! :f_cool: :f_cool: :f_cool:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sorry for my greek guyz, i just realized that we are from the same country.

in a few words i told him that i used to play at full tilt and turned 50$ to 400$ and was playing 5.5s regular and they were really soft.

but unfortunately something happened and i was forced to change site and deposited 100$ at Pokerstars and play 1.75$ Turbos 6-tabling and i just can't beat the limit.

i lose more of the coin flips, i even lose about half hands when i have the other guy dominating. and of course i go all-in preflop AKs vs 79o,for example, and, guess what?, i lose again :)

at Pokerstars my BR is 120$ i've cleared 60$ of bonus and im -40$ after 1K tourneys. i really think that i'm not a fish and i put my money in with the best hand but i can't explaing my negative roi.

i'll follow this blog and try to practice more and discuss

but im really confused cause i can't understand why 5.5s reg @ Full Tilt seem so soft to me and 1.75s turbos @ Pokerstars seem so MESS.
