Was giving NL200SH another shot. But each time I try, I seem to get doomswitched while I do run with an equity above zero.

As a matter of fact, I had to coach NL BSS FR for 3 weeks at the Dutch community. Thanks for your roll, that will help me

You play SH and you'll teach BSS FR? I mean no hard feelings but thats a bit odd at least What you'll teach at least NL10?
Was a temporary stand in until they found someone more experienced at FR, but I know my way around, don't worry.
I have a confession to make.
I tilted ... while I wasn't even down.
I tilted ... not even at the poker tables.
I crashed my roll down to 2000 €
My psychological instability is infuriating sometimes as I only come to realize what I've done, after I done it. Lost 1300 €, pfieuw, just like that.
It ain't the first time. In total I think I blew as much, maybe even more, that my nephew did to tilt.
So, I need to work that ...
If something ain't right in my private life, I will have these kind of blowups on unpredictable moments and afterwards, I don't even remember what happened. Like blackouts almost. Kinda scary, but ok, I need to live with that on work on it.
It's just hard to understand, but at the time it happened, I was playing NL200SH and for the first time, I felt like I was beating it. But to no avail, I have to start over at NL100SH again.
I just hope I won't be at NL100 forever, with blowing up every time back to this limit.
Anyway, this was my session today :
One good thing at least : I broke my "chase them losses" record ! ♦

yea; tilt caused by non-poker related things is more dangerous that badbeat-tilt - I know it very well 
It's jaded phrase but you shouldn't play if you're not in 90+% mental comfort. Even if you're not loosing, you'd never win your fair share, if you're focused on something different and/or not nice.. It's long process but everyone who wants to play seriously has to work on this part and I believe it's possible to temporary remove all side thoughts and feelings during the session - it's just the matter of time.

I completely agree with opal that non-poker related tilt is very dangerous and hard to deal with. I personally find that I rarely tilt due to bad beats because I'm confident that I made the right play and therefor not frustrated...but when I'm pissed off about something else in my life I just can't play good poker.
Next time it starts happening just think about the discipline its taken to get you to where you are, and make the right move by sitting out/doing something else. Being successful isn't just about nowing how to play great poker, its about playing to the best of your abilities every time you sit down at a table.
From reading your blog its obvious you're a talented player and I'm sure you'll grind it back in no time

Thanks for the supportive comments. I know I should try to avoid playing at all during those days ... funny it actually always happened when I was at home, when I was pissed off about something ànd I was completely and utterly bored (as in, nothing else to do at home)
Guess I should stock up on videos and books for those weekend days at home so I have an alternative to do. It's really hard to fall asleep after you lost 1400 € due to sheer stupidity and don't even remember what or how exactly, as it was as I said, some kind of blackout in my memory ♠
I will get back, for sure ... once again. Let's hope that in the future, I stay where I belong, NL200 and possibly higher.
It's really nice to read that this blog motivated you though gggeorgio, I've had similar replies in the past and for all I know, I have no idea what makes this blog special, but people like it and some learn from it, which is always nice to hear of course

I'm not playing at the moment due to a depression. Playing would get me broke now, better concentrate on other things first.
I finally took the time to read a such wonderful blog as u'rz. I'll take example from you in my future poker career.
Concerning what you're going through lately, just know that life and poker aren't that much different; sometimes you're up, sometimes you're down. Learn from the hard moments and enjoy every second of the good ones. Have faith, there is always good moments after bad ones. I hope you understand my english
