Guys,how you would approach this hand?

AKo hand I played the same way with shoving. Is unlucky he has AA this time, but he will play a hand like AQ or AJ the same way most likely. You can also check PokerStrategy equilab. Than you give him the range 88+ AJo+ and ATs for example and you’re in front with AK.

AKs I’m 3 betting (re-raise) to around 1.200 and call his shove, because UTG player looks pretty aggressive so far and you get most likely value against him if you do it. Also is it possible he will 4 bet shove with weaker hands like AQ if you play like this.
As played I play it the same way, because you don’t get value of worse on river if you shove.

For $1,50 turbo 45 mans I recommend at least a bankroll of 100 buy-inns for you play those games. So still a long way for you I’m afraid or you want to play other $1,50 SNG formats.

I newer played too many 25c 45 man games, but I expect you can make a decent profit in this games. What is your Return of Investment (ROI) on the moment for you?

I uploaded the graph the way you recommended! My ROI after 170 SNG is like 6%!
About the 1.5$ SNG, i'm more inclined to 9 max or 6 max. Do you believe that 0.50 SNG 9 max are profitable? What bankroll i need for them?

Not a bad start for someone that just started, but you want an explanation on this graph

Green line is your net profit line. So your profit here is around $16 in 265 games. I think the most interesting line in SNG’s.

Orange line is expected value line. If there was no luck factor you had won around $31. So that’s $17 more than your profit, but is not something to worry about.

Yellow line is the amount of chips you won. Is nice to know, but for SNG’s and tournaments I newer use this line. In this case is it around 110.000 chips.

Blue line is the amount of chips you won at showdown. So when everyone needs to show your cards you win a lot of chips so far. So you value bets working well, but that is not weird with players that don’t like to fold.

Red line is the amount of chips you won without a showdown. That is low here, but on 25c games is it not easy to bluff your opponent. So is not bad to have a red line like this.

Hopefully this is clear enough for you and otherwise you can always ask it.

How many BI would be enough for 0.50c 9 max?

50 buy-inns ($25) would be enough to start with.
That’s also enough buy-inns for $1,50 turbo and regular 9 mans ($75).

When i was playing 1.50$ 45-mans, i started with 100$. But SDK1987 is right, 100 buy-ins are very recommended. And i would stick with 45-mans, best sng format imo - not too long with a nice payout structure.

Thanks for advice! I believe i'll stick with them. I tried the 0.50c 9 max and it not ended very well.

What do you think about this graph? (played a mixture of 0.50 9max and 0.25 45 max). It shows a downswing or bad play? I start to feel like my game isn't progressing at all. I run very bad, most of the times when i have a good hand i get sucked out and after that everything goes down. The worst part is that this starts to affect my game more and more, and i start to make poor decision just because i think anyway i'll lose; i believe that maybe i'm a really weak player. I started to neglect the study part or hand review, mainly because my motivation is going down. Have anyone else experienced this and got through or is just me? What should i focus on? Should i make a program for poker and for study?

Sorry there are so many questions but i don't really know how can i get over this!
