Theres always a chance...now my plan is to grind 175-275 buyin stts for like seven more days and thn based on my roi and feelings i ll decide if i can make solid money worth travellin and so on or if i ll rather sshot 500+ buyins ...it can end in many different scenarios 
Point is that it wouldnt make sense to make like 5k minus travel costs and time and so on. It wouldnt be worth it. So i would rather try to have some heater or shot in higher buyins. But if i ll maintain 30+% roi at 250 abi...i would grind these and grind and grind....

Hey guys,
Decided to post some interesting,funny or just weird facts about US and differences from Czech or Europe...
Generally ppl here are very kind,friendly,smiling. Every dealer,floorman,guy in the grocery shop or whoever has his name written on the chest and always asks u how are u,smiles at u,u can call him by his name...very nice. In czech u r almost scared to ask for sometin in shop coz they are all pissed of,not smiling and so on. Maybe it s coz ppl.here know they can lose their jobs at any moment and that there was no socialism ofc. There are obv some idiots,but very few so far i met.
I love the traffic,roads,many many lines in each direction,i saw eleven lines in one direction on the higway :)) great rule is that at every junction every direction has the stop sign (if theres no lights) and basically who come first,goes first...drivers just wave at each other,lettin others go...awesome. in czech we have stupidly difficult rule that the one on your right goes first...
Another rule for traffic is that when u have red liht u can go right...evn on the red light 
just make sure road is free.
Plus between both directions there is an extra line that can use both directions when they cross or yield or sometin...so u dont have to wait for both directions to be free of cars,just one iw fine,go to the middle line and join your direction line...
Now food. There such a big difference between quality of food in grocery shops and serving in restaurants between USand Czech. Generally quality of food in czech shops sucks. Most population wants the cheapest food possible so u can figure that it must suck. It s hard to buy good meat,vegetables...even cheese or salami is hqrd. In US i was amazed...ofc prices are higher but what u get is unbeliavable for me. Shops are full of many kinds of nice red meat...vegetables are green and red and showered all the time...cheeee tastes like cheese...
And for serving...everytin i had so far is about 12-30 bucks for whole meal,enteted few buffets with many many world kitchens...even stupid fries are served and tastes amazingly,everytin s fresh...
Am lookin forward for some change in czech hopefully...
Oh and funny thing for us czech...celery - we use the part under ground,usually for soups,sauces...but here they give u the green part and throw the underground one

Man visit Italy/Spain. I was amazed by taste and colour of their tomatoes/oragnes etc. But all stuff are better in europe A which is western part. Roads/food/ppl/weather - ok girls are prettier from Slavonic countries (PL ftw, CZ also ).
I was in Spain and other south countries,ofc fruits are great,cheese,sea food...but here i mean it s more complex,all kinds of food and variety,u know...definitely also because there are many mexicans,chinesse,vietnamesse....tourists...
Had a friend who went to florida and said food is ridiculously cheap and there's a pizza stall every 5 yards. It's no wonder US is the capital obesity of the world ♦
It's gotta be fun for tourists though because u can go back to being healthy again after the holiday 
Yesterday i had day off,met few ppl whol livee in vegas and are from czech. They agreed that here u can get many kinds of food coz of mixed nationalities and tourists,prizes qrent lowest,but ok. In florida situation will be different obviously...
Was fun yesterday,watched soccer games,went to pool,grilled some big ass steak,coronas...unfortunately it ended kinda soon,coz michal was fastly drunk lol. Good thing is we went bed early,woke up,watched soccer,breakfasted and went to rio for 3k 6max for michal,stts for.me.
Am.runnin horrible again,probably like ten stts without cash,am usually ahead,but dont hold. Gonna hope for better reeults,field was very funny on weekend,now it s lookin also pretty weak.
(this guy s goin to play razz,so he s tryin to learn it lol)

Am startin to be sick of my bad run. I have so many third places,flippin or losin 80/20 70/30 favourites for majority of chips...am simply in great spots but run horribly. Last week am few buyins down...come on,heater for me...just come before i go back home...
In online sngs it s super small sample but when u play live and u know u ll make only like 200 sample it sux and hurts...
Even tho am.in good mood coz i play well and i know wat variance can do...so grind it up..

Theres notin to write about...am runnin like shit,my roi is lowering,have like 10% now and i think am 15-20k under ev,just a guess...so am tryin to concentrate,use all my powers to grind,be fresh. I knew it s hard to grind live for many hours,many days,but i must say it reaaaally is hard. I admire all Iveys and Hellmuths and so on,their life style and fittness and everytin must be in great shape. Dont get me wrong,am not tired or sick or dont have back ache,notin like that but i know i wouldnt be able to play whole day,bust and go straight to new tournamnet and so on. Without day offs,good meal and stuff,i would be walkin zombie
I promise i ll write biiiiig summary,lot of facts about wsop satellites and general and so on after i come back to czech - after 12th july. Now am gonna grind,grind...shot some 525+ buyins and hopefully win some 80/20 flips...:)

It has been few days I am back from the trip, I feel recovered, already wanted to load few games, check the updates and stuff, unfortunatelly first update I made - of holdem manager - screwed my database, so no poker today...but for the bright site, am in the mood for WSOP wrap up, I owe u this
As u mostly know, I was in Las Vegas for whole WSOP, till the strat of ME, when satellites died ofc. I played almost 200 single table satellites with ABI around 275$, 10 players per table, winner takes all format. That was the main game I was grinding almost every day. Because of many reasons I decided not to publicly present real numbers. I am sorry, but I hope u ll understand. I can tell u this - I ended in profit from these games...not that high I would like to have, but variance is variance when we talk about such a small sample.
I played with variety of ppl from all around the world. Young, old, handicaped, men, women, sometin between men and women, pros, amateurs, drunks, anger management issue mens, womens, funny guys, talkative, silent, weird, dangerous...:) I played with girlfriends of pros like Elky, WSOP bracelet winners, WSOP circuit winners, The Big Game winner, lot of rich ppl, lot of gamblers...I must say that 99% of them were very nice ppl, enjoying their stayings at wsop. I heard lot of stories from around the world, I also enjoyed bein at these tables, even tho my goal was to take all of their chips.
I was dealt cards by dealers from all around the world, mostly americans, asians, hispanics, short ones, fat ones, smelly ones, nice ones, slow ones, fast ones...loved their names like Audi, Melody, BJ, the fat girl with mustache called Sam...Mexican guy Modesto...Christopher Weatherman...:)
Dealers were overall much worse thn am use to from czech. But not that bad I expected, so it became routine to double calc the chips u get and so on...
Players were overall worse thn me, much worse...
System of registering, cashouting, floorman handling, services, coctails, massages, cleaning...everythin was on very high level...if u imagine hundreds of poker tables it was masterpiece. It gave me lot of inspiration.
I also played one bracelet event, 1,500$ shootout, dream came true, unfortunately card dead Played few mega satellites, multi table events with 10k packages for winners, ultra plus ev games, no luck.
SO if we talk about poker...wsop was sometin I couldnt eve imagine...it is huge, great, the bigest u can probably experience in poker - so many games, so many ppl, variety, brand...
I am not sayin NO to go back there
Non poker related stuff - I lived in nice condo few miles from RIO with my friend and backer Michal Maryska, czech pro. I knew him, not like super well, but knew him. But after this stayin I can say we have some nice friendship and it can only grow I t was very nice trip.
We were to LA, ugliest city with terrible traffic, we climbed to Hollywood sign till we were sent back dow by some security, we traveled by beaches full of surfers, we saw beautiful city San Diego, went to scary filthy Tijuana and luckyly back. We traveled thru desert, Joshua Tree National Park, we went out of fuel there, without signal, notin...almost...we enjoyed stayin in Vegas, met some friends from czech, I felt in love with Corona...but we didnt party, get drunk or so, we went here and there for some cart racing, arcades and stuff, get one two drinks. We wanted to play poker, we have families, we were on the same boat. We also went to Grand Canyon, beautiful place, one big big hole
We were unlucky in poker...
Soooo....flying isnt sometin I love, heat in desert also. Food in Las Vegas is great, traffic and everytin about that is awesome, we dont have these designed cities in czech, so...everytin was huge, everywhere was space...ppl are nice, i like to be asked how am I, we should do that in czech. U can see on ppl that they care about their jobs, that s the big difference...I like Mustangs...I learned new poker chip tricks from long time...:)
There s million degrees outside and freezin inside in casinos - silly...
I had lot of time to think in Las Vegas...away from my family, my wife and daughter I love so much. It really gave me the touch for wat is important in my life and wat is not. I ll definitely enjoy moments with them much more and value them even more I did if it is possible. I dont wanna be without them for so long in future. Job is important, ofc, for money, for self realization if u do wat u love. But family is way ahead.
OK, that s it. I hope u like this style of blog, if not......sorry, but u read it all...
Short time goal - make 6,5k vpps this month in 10 days, thn probably like 3 weeks of holidays with family.

It does sound like a lovely experience, and we did love the brief updates you were able to give us while you were there, too.
I accept you not wanting to share actual numbers, but we'll leave it with "Profit is profit, and all numbers in the green are good, right?" Hopefully it was enough to cover your expenses for the trip and all that, but don't bother commenting on this, it's just an afterthought I had while writing.
Yeah, I think some well deserved time with the wife and child are in order!

So, back at tables - looot of fun ♦ I felt so unconfident I had to study one day to ensure myself about ranges. Yesterday I played like 60 games in two two hours blocks and was super tired...have to use to it again. Expected tables to be reg infested, but was nicely surprised, lot of regs are just super bad...Have to make 6,5k, maintain SN in 9 days, I ll be of poker for another month or so, travellin across czech republic with my girls. Thn I need agian to make 6,5k VPPs in August...dont care about profit, game or so, need volume, somehow. I ll add regular turbos, dont wanna mess with 18mans now, when I dont have time and mood to learn stuff.

Spent 6 days there myself in 2007, obv before I knew anything about poker 
I also stayed in LA and can only agree the place is horrible. They people aren't much better in LA either!
