what is the benefit of using a -ev shove here? i thought u only use them when ur really short?

Plus all the guys are regs who i assume know nash ranges pretty well. And if they do know nash well, wont he be losing money in the long term making moves like this?

Saying that, i looked him up on sharkscope and hes a decent winner. Milan would you ever do moves like this?

Simply, there s difference between -EV shove and a really really stupid shove...that s my answer
but what am I to say, am on my worst ever 9m downswing and...w/e

ah man so ive moved to pokerstars and am playin the 9 man turbos $1.50. I like them cos they are lot faster than normal ones, but they seem harder to get a good roi compared to normal speed. Is this right?

I could literally fold my way till the bubble/itm with normal speed ones on 888, and let the other guys spazz each other out. Especially when i was using the hud, it was so easy

But man i go through a lot of games without getting itm on these turbos. I am making right nash shoves, adjusting them to players etc. But still, its like i shove a8s late position, snap call by ak. I shove qj late position, snap call aq lol

I no its just $1.50, but still gets to me! i duno how u handle your losing swings man. I see you were playing some cash games tonight. Whats going on there?! You had enough of sit n gos hehe

Hey, imo u r a bit result oriented right now ;) Just focus on your A game, that u make good decisions, sngs simply have variance...look at me, am 6% or so overall ROI player at 30s after 7k sample...I did have 2 90BIs+ swings in like 3k games and one 200BI+ upswing...I dont play abc, I play lot of r/f r/c, same for HUs, bubbles, w/e = I dont play really the longest ballest strategy...but still it is absolutely normal to have these swings...at your stake su ll have higher overall roi and so on = lower swings but still expect em, accept em..GL
Cahs game, lol, just for fun (even tho i made more thn in the week at sngs )

This is the kind of thing of talking about.

Blinds 100/200/25

UTG (HERO) 1500
CO 2600 33/11 (vpip/pfr)
BTN 1500 33/8
SB 3300 32/28
BB 4300 25/11

I have a7s utg and shove it. Nash gives me 25% but i no at these stakes and with these loose players i should shove tighter. But a7s is well within 25% and i had tight image in this game.

Anyway, sb snaps me off with jj. This seemed to happen a lot where i just run into bigger hands. Would you shove this here?

I have to admit i was getting frustrated in this game because i literally folded from a 3k stack because i was card dead/lots of action in front me to do anything. So i was anxious to get some chips. Even so, this hand seems too strong to fold for 7bbs. Am i wrong?

Well u should, but am OK with it.
It is very std play, both sides, very good shove, very good call obv - std, go to the next sng :)
It takes lot of time to tighten yourself psychically, emotion-wise...am not sayin to become robot but to not to get frustrated and so on...u ll see...:) If your passion for game is bigger thn your frustration, u ll succeed, simple :)

Quite a setup in battle of planet triple shootout first round:

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $50(BB) Replayer

BB ($4,099)
Hero ($3,671)

Dealt to Hero Q♣ Q♠

Hero raises to $112, fold, BB raises to $300, Hero raises to $700, BB raises to $4,099 (AI), Hero calls $2,971 (AI)

FLOP ($7,367) 6♦ 7♥ 9♥

TURN ($7,367) 6♦ 7♥ 9♥ T♦

RIVER ($7,367) 6♦ 7♥ 9♥ T♦ A♣

Hero shows Q♣ Q♠
(Pre 18%, Flop 9.1%, Turn 9.1%)

BB shows K♥ K♣
(Pre 82%, Flop 90.9%, Turn 90.9%)

Villain had played 50/30/20(3bet) so far. I had also maniac stats. Mostly because of hot deck though.
