while grinding NL25 I haven't been working on my game at all other than watching the last 2 of Pleno's coaching.

moving up to NL50 I will have to up my game a bit so will start back with hand reviews (might post a few in here - might post a few in the hand review boards -we will see), maybe watch some videos as well (advice appreciated) and keep on following Pleno's coaching

lol I started this post close to 3 hours ago and got carried away in so many things (including Pleno's coaching)

So I am gonna skip the hand review today (need to do it tomorrow) and go straight to the tables

I have opted in to register to Tough Mudder coming to Bristol this September.
Now today is the last day to back out as the company I work for is paying our entry fee.

I am really wondering if I should not pussy out of this one. On one hand it is a great opportunity and will probably be loads of fun, I will have to get in serious shape, which is great as well. A few other people are doing it at work and we all really get along. On the other hand I just don't think I can do it.

Yes Rich in the office, seems to be a training expert and will organise training sessions - still dont fancy running through and getting burnt and electroctued though

thanks so much but I don't have that much faith in me. I don't have much of the problem with the distance and the obstacles in general and think I should be able to do it with a bit of training . It's more the pain and the extreme cold that puts me off.

Did I mention I am turning 40 in under 3 weeks ♦
