PLO MTTs I play (mostly iPoker PLO R/A's with 5€ and 10€ buy-in) are generally super soft, to say the least. O8 MTTs are generally soft as well - though lately at higher stakes some regs seems to have learned something.

About Texas MTT's, their softness vary a lot. Bad side of iPoker R/A's is that they are quite full of (bad) regs, so they aren't so juicy. Tournaments with lots of satellite fish tend to be far softer.

Haven't been playing much, and probably trying to do mostly studies during this autumn. Idea would be playing 2 evenings in average to keep touch and have cash flow strong enough to pay my expenses (not a big deal though as got savings).

Played 2 satellites for live events in Friday (got free tickets) but no luck. Still no live events in schedule - hope to get one trip before the end of a year.

But maybe playing NLO8 WCOOP events today - depends on how I feel about playing later this evening.

Yesterday played those NLO8 WCOOP events, to no score. Won 2 satellites for 215T$ though, so break-even day with few bounties and other (failing) MTTs.

Few example hands why these MTTs are so great in value (but also impossible to beat variance-wise since there is so few of them).

Probably keeping this week poker-free, though might play some satellites to remaining O8 events and/or play in Sunday a session. Hopefully manage to concentrate on studies and get at least one course to a good start.

A quick morning session to reach gold chest before it expires went well, and still 109$ Hot Turbo late reg is waiting.

Few hands at the endgame when I had good reads:

Have been super hard time with one casino site trying to steal 10k€ from me and other crappy stuff happening alongside regular autumn depression. So great to have some positive results after a while.

No second one in a row. This kind of flip is more usual way to finish these than trophy.

5 days of grind about 2 weeks ago (early Unibet Online Series). No luck, but some profit as got 3rd and 4th place at the 100€ events. Series was really tough to play as for overall leaderboard you literally have to play everything (for over 3 weeks).

After that haven't been played much. Except Magic: The Gathering - played 4 prerelease events this weekend and it was fun. Probably skipping games today as quite tired. Next week is also probably low in poker activity as I am planning to travel somewhere as soon as I find up suitable last minute travel deal.

Made 5 gamedays from Sunday to Sunday, up to 55 MTTs per day and now enjoying few nights at a Spa.

One losing day (which was latter Saturday). Played like 40 MTTs from GG (Banzai Bounties and fast PLO / Texas Bounties), 10 MTTs from Stars (NLO8s) and 5 MTTs from iPoker (PLO / PLO8 R/A's).

Tough luck at GG when I got 0 top3 places from there (except a trophy from their Finnish special which I freerolled) but got almost 10 trophies from other sites (mostly O8) and netted about 3500€.

Feeling good about my game, but getting sleep and relaxing between 12 hour sessions is super hard.

Also remembered that my gg account is linked here so wild gold level appeared.

Decided to buy a new computer to my Finnish base: https://next.gigantti.fi/product/gaming/pelitietokoneet/pelipoytakoneet/hp-victus-15l-i5-14400f16gb1024gb4060-pelitietokone/745673

Basic stuff: 999€ for solid computer, might need to buy new RAM later to get 32 GB but should do the trick for now.

Basically wanted a customed computer, but because my last computer was brought from a place which sold like 3500 drones to Putin in 2022 didn't want to purchase there. This one seemed decent for my needs with no obvious bottlenecks.

My current computer was bought 2014, been solid until Win8.1 got retired and after the trip has become more and more unstable (might be Windows, but it is possible hardware is getting outdated too) so instead of trying to get extra year or two by moving to Win10 / Win11 with this one decided to buy a new one instead.

No luck today, except bad one. Got lots of tickets, one 1,7k$ cash (though had sold shares from it) but no other scores and buy-ins were so high that ended up at break-even.

A quick question I have been asking elsewhere too: if you must choose between these options: 5 gamedays a week 6 hours each, 4 gamedays a week 8 hours of each or 3 gamedays a week 10 hours each which would you choose?

If all those options give the same $$$, of course 3days/6h.

That should probably be 3*10 hour as last option? :)

As cash player I definitely prefer to not go for really long sessions.

If the last option is 3x10, then it's all about the format and your ability to perform during long sessions. I actually talked a bit about performance level in my blog: https://www.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?postid=3437851#post3437851

Yeah it should be 10 hours. 3 days and 10 hours seems to be most tempting, but they're also super hard days. Finnish time 6 pm until 4 am seems best time window for MTT player, though prime time is 8 pm until 2 am.

I have been selling shares from my games at GG since it is so much easier here, but as an oversight forgot to mention about it here. Been a rough ride, got first 2nd place (yeap, no trophies there in April or May) last night but been profitable after shares, probably break-even without. Markup starts from 1,1, and although I have no need to sell from 5,5-32,1 buy-ins I got them on sale in case people want to pay atrocious (though I still think +EV) price for them.

Short Monday session coming as got 215 must play-event.

Selling action from mainly Speed Racers ja fast (PLO / Texas) PKOs. I invented Speed Racers and am sure that I beat these games well. MU's starting from 1,1 (no need to sell 5,5-32 games which is reflected in high MU. I will likely unregister some of these if I am tired and/or if I have too many tables (trying to keep tables at 6 max to be able to concentrate).

Attaching pictures is problematic, as I can't find a way to add them here directly and discord-links to pictures seems to expire quickly (got a main blog at discord since easy to add pictures there). Anyone know easy fixes to add pictures here which don't expire?

Sometimes you just can't beat the dealer. Setups and quick unregs after these.

Bit of valuesatellite, I would say (like 200% overlay since actual prizepool was 1075$).

Too bad that at the final satellite 4 left (2 were coming up at near the end of late reg though with 5k stacks) got screwed by a setup:
