Interesting play from possible Reg ? 4betting 77 is kinda strange, most likely it's 4bet bluff, but he's not blocking any value hands, I would prefer Ax,Kx atleast, and calling shove, meh, best scenario you're flipping or you're dominated against bigger pairs.

I think I slowplayed his 4bet earlier with AA, letting him stack off on the flop with A high no draw, so now he was tilting and out for revenge, so he played like a god damned moron against me. He's not the first reg to call my pre-flop shove with a crappy pocket pair and he won't be the last.

heh nice one. I think 77 is just fold to 3bet, even calling you will have trouble post-flop, most of the time you'll just check-fold so many flops, and if you hit your set, you won't get paid.

What is the optimal play would be Night ? Considering that you're the 3bettor ( with like 9% BTN 3betvsMP) ?

If the villain was heads-up against me, it would be very wise for him to fold. It should be mentioned that I don't 3bet 9% vs MP, that would be extremely loose. My 3bet range is just well balanced between bluffs and value hands so that set mining would be a bad idea for any villain.

Example of a balanced 3bet range versus a 10% open:

QQ+ (18 value combos), 56s-89s(16 bluff combos)

We can include AK in the value range sometimes and we can swap or add small pocket pairs to the bluff combos, depending on the situation. Just be sure not to bluff pre-flop against fish.

However, in this situation, we have a 39/0.5/0 fish UTG over 350BB deep that called the 3bet and villain has 130+ BB, so he should call the 3bet for set mining for sure because, for only 7.5 big blinds left to call, he gets very good implied pot odds with an incredibly easy to play post-flop hand.
