Im not charging anything, Im merely helping someone out.. A sweat for instance... but whatever

To be fair, you never mentioned anything about rates, free or not. Even if you are offering "free" coaching we cannot allow to facilitate it on the forum.

"Sweat sessions" and "coaching" are two very different things as well, don't you think?

In my opinion a sweat session, is where 2 players, help each other.. for instance I have sweat sessions with other people at my limit etc..

A coaching is just a sweat session, but with only 1 way traffic.

The reason coaching is paid for, is so the person coaching reserves something to make it 2 lanes of traffic again.. I'm merely offering free coaching, as Im giving one lane of traffic, towards the player.. and not receiving anything back.
