Hello, my name is XXXXXXXX and my nickname on your website is XXXXXXXX.
As you can see, I am a Black Card member, a long time faithful player on Full Tilt Poker.com. I have not said anything when it was impossible to cash out. I did not say anything when PokerStars started allowing cashouts again, whilst Full Tilt maintained a total silence. I have always continued to play on your website, giving you more money, each and every month. I am not of those that panic swiftly, and that is why, today, more than one month after all of this has started, I am in a state of anger rarely felt towards a Company.
Enough is enough. I maintain my trust in Full Tilt, I continue to give you money day after day after day, and all I ask in return, the little thing I ask, is to be able to do what I want with my money. Is that too much to ask, to be able to do what I desire with MY money ? My Bankroll is not yours, it is not for you to decide what I can and cannot do, when I can and cannot cash out. This is a violation of freedom. I know there are exceptionnal circumstances, but nonetheless, this has gone too far. You cannot continue to block bankrolls of thousand dollars with no explanation, no prediction of when this will end.
I love Full Tilt Poker. I have always preferred to PokerStars. But I am on the brisk of changing my mind. What do I want from a poker website ? Traffic, many different games, a correct clientele support, and the possibility to do that what I want with my money (Am I really asking too much ?)
Today, Full Tilt only provides 2 of these 4 services. Pokerstars provides all 4.
So I am saying this, in total rationnality. If, within ten days, I am not able to cash out some of my Bankroll instantly on Moneybookers, you will not see me play ever again on Full Tilt Poker.com. Ten days, no more, no less.
I really do hope you understand my anger, and that I will not receive a formated automatic response, in which I will not get any kind of answer.
I deserve, we all deserve better. None of us faulted in this Black Friday situation, hence, none of us should pay the consequences.
These are not just words spoken under anger. I am very serious about all of this, and will keep my word. I give you ten days, ten final days to make the right move, and to allow players a right that should simply have never been taken away from them.
Hoping for a serious response, with real answers, and for some real action.
A player that has no more patience,
