i want to move to sicilia,
in italy it´s only allowed to play on pokerstars.it, right? what about sicilia, same thing there?
i really want to continue playing on pokerstars.com.

Since Sicilia is part of Italy, yes. Soon cash game is gonna be legalized in Italy anyway.
If you come to Italy just as a traveler and you already have an account on ps.com probably you will be able to continue playing on it.
Otherwise if you aren't a traveler you should hope that Sicily obtain independence from Italy 
how is the traffic on ps.it? is it possible to make sne there? > 24 tables of nl100
are there lots of regular players? what about the rake, is it higher than on ps.com.
i think as a traveller it wont be possible to play ps.com because it´s about the ip adress.

It' s possible to play on pokerstars.com here. All you need to do is downloading the .com client on a laptop or a pendrive(maybe) and use it to play here.
I did it a while ago and it worked well.
