How do you approach this postflop spot in a Sit & Go?

Every SNG player knows how important preflop play is. However, many falter when it comes to postflop situations.

After reviewing our recent Sit & Go lessons, you should have a good understanding of how to play before the flop. In the later stages of the game, that's usually all there is too it because stacks are so shallow, and the risk-premium high enough to discourage calling and playing postflop.

However in the early stages of a Sit & Go you often face different postflop situations. It is important to understand how to approach such spots, understand what factors are important when considering what to do, and develop a default strategy barring specific reads on your opponent.

Have a look at the following spot:

The pot on the flop is 2,000, and the remaining effective stack is 6,000. Therefore, your SPR (Stack-to-Pot-Ratio) is 3.  On such a wet board, you should probably bet about 1,200, but this leaves you with an awkward stack of 4,800 in a pot of 4,400 on the turn. What should your action be under these circumstances?
