New PokerStars TV Show to Air in June

"The Big Game" is PokerStars' newest poker show which will start on the 14th of June. The six-handed table will feature players like Daniel Negreanu, Doyle Brunson and Phil Hellmuth as well as one amateur - a so-called "loose cannon".

PokerStars will begin airing its newest poker TV show in just a few days. Each episode will consist of five poker pros and a PokerStars qualifier called "loose cannon", who gets a buy-in of $100,000 to play with. If the "loose cannon" loses the buy-in, he or she will be replaced with another one and the game moves on. However, anything they make above the buy-in at the end is theirs to keep.

Some notable names will take part in this show, including Team PokerStars Pro Daniel Negreanu, Doyle Brunson, Phil Hellmuth, Tony G, Jason Mercier and more. The table will be six-handed and blinds are set to $200/$400, with Chris Rose and Joe Stapleton providing the commentary. The episodes will air every day on all Fox network affiliates, starting with the 14th of June.
