Julian Track wins the EPT Prague Main Event
Another big German success on the poker tour as Julian Track takes down EPT Prague for €725,700.

The final EPT event of 2013 almost looked like it was going to go on for an additional day, as the final table lasted 14 hours.
We often throw the word 'sick' around lightly in poker circles, but by all accounts Track was genuinely ill at this final table, so those 14 hours must have been a real grind. Especially when, by his own admission, he disliked live tournament poker and wasn't planning on playing much of it in the future.
The online cash game player eventually chose to make a deal with George Sotiropoulos of Greece where both men took €700,000 and played for the final €25,700 and the trophy.
It was another near miss for top pros Stephen Chidwick and olekonjole, who finished 3rd and 5th respectively. The latter had the consolation of topping the Global Poker Index and dethroning Daniel Negreanu with this result.
That is all for the European Poker Tour in 2013. The tour returns in early January for the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure in the Bahamas.
