Griffin Benger wins EPT Berlin High Roller
Rounding things off in Berlin was the €10,000 High Roller which saw 140 entries in total and a final table which included James Mitchell, Aaron Lim, Max Lykov and Scott Seiver.
But the day went to Canadian Griffin Benger, better known as 'Flush_Entity' online, who defeated WSOP APAC bracelet winner Aaron Lim heads-up for the title and €429,000.
Jeremy Ausmus wins Venetian Deepstack Main Event

Proving his big result last year was no fluke, October Niner Jeremy Ausmus was in the winner's circle this weekend.
The Las Vegas pro took down the Venetian Deepstack Extravaganza Main Event for $121,853.
The $2,500 main event attracted 222 players, and the deepstack festival is one of the most popular regular festivals in Las Vegas.
This is just one of many big results for Ausmus since he won $2,155,313 for his 5th place finish in the main event last year.
He has also won a WPT side event for $78,572, cashed in two further WPT main events for $107k combined and earlier this month came 5th in a WSOP APAC event for $56,865.
WPT BestBet Open Day 1B
The second starting flight in the latest World Poker Tour main event in Jacksonville is done and dusted.
The final figures are in, and in total 351 players have entered, with 134 making it to Day 2 today.
The final prize pool is $1,123,204 with the eventual winner walking away with $321,521.
Chad Deberry ended Day 1B as chip leader, with Matthew Waxman, Shannon Shorr, Harrison Gimbel and Will Failla all among the survivors.
Obama's Ambadssador pulls out for poker connection

Billionaire businessman Marc Lasry was all set to be appointed as the next US ambassador to France, but has declined after being linked to a high stakes underground poker ring in New York.
Lasry was Barack Obama's first choice to take the role, but he has ruled himself out after being linked to games reportedly operated by the Russian mafia in New York.
According to the New York Post, a source said “Marc Lasry is a big-time gambler, in golf and poker,” and “It’s not that he committed a crime, but it opens a can of worms.”
The Post also quoted Lasry speaking about the game last year with Bloomberg TV, saying “Poker is math, so I enjoy playing it because I think there’s a lot of math involved."
