Vadim Trincher, the 2009 WPT Foxwoods Poker Challenge Champion, is apparently taking on Donald Trump. The challenge isn't on the felt, however, but in the New York courtrooms.
The professional poker player is seeking $6 million in damages from Trump after mildew apparently "ruined" the custom-made wall panels inside his Trump Towers apartment.
According to a lawsuit filed earlier this week, the damp conditions also caused his wife a variety of health conditions.
The problems began to occur in their $5 million apartment when the tenants above - which happen to be Bruce Willis and Demi Moore - renovated their property.
A broken valve in their bathroom caused water to leak into their apartment and caused mould to grow on the walls.
The player will now pursue a claim against the construction company used to complete the renovations inside the Trump complex.

Deeb to duel Ashby
Shaun Deeb is a tough customer at the poker table but away from it he's not exactly the archetypal "tough guy".
However, that hasn't stopped him from considering a boxing challenge from high stakes mixed game specialist, Richard "Chufty" Ashby.
According to a recent tweet by Deeb, Ashby has proposed a $50,000 boxing match. Rather than looking at it as an empty threat, Deeb has seemingly agreed to rise to the challenge, stating:
"Was just informed the legendary Chufty wants to box me for 50k could be fun way to get in some kind of shape besides round".
If this match goes ahead it will add to the growing trend of poker players taking their prop bets to the next level and stepping into the ring.
Indeed, in the past Gus Hansen, Theo Jorgensen, "ElkY", Lex Veldhuis and Liv Boeree have all donned a pair of boxing gloves and given it their all.

Ben "Ben86" Tollerene finished one place better on the high stakes chart yesterday than he did on Thursday after claiming top spot with a profit of $154,972.
The American played 2,340 hands before logging off with almost $10,000 more than his closest rival, "The Liar".
Also running well yesterday was Phil "MrSweets28" Galfond. A brief session netted the high stakes star $132,709.
"Odd_Oddsen", Viktor "Isildur1" Blom and Sam "tr1cky7" Trickett all suffered bankroll hits yesterday. Of the trio, "Odd_Oddsen" suffered the hardest hit thanks to a $162,488 loss.
Blom and Trickett suffered similar losses, dropping $158,400 and $86,138 respectively.
