If there's one thing that's dominated the build up to the International Stadiums Poker Tour, it's uncertainty.

Questions regarding the guarantee, the venue and the format have dogged the organisers since the tournament was first announced.

However, since Dusk Till Dawn stepped in a lot more questions have been answered.

Indeed, in a bid to provide an even clearer view of the forthcoming event, Tournament Director Simon Trumper has recently tackled some common questions.

Addressing everything from the structure throughout each day of the ISPT, to whether smoking is allowed, the forum post should help to clear up any outstanding queries players have.

PokerStars' $1 million storm

A million dollar storm

To celebrate the second anniversary of their Sunday Storm, PokerStars is guaranteeing a $1 million prizepool, today.

Kicking off at 17:30 UTC, the $11 tournament will have at least $100,000 set aside for the winner and is expected to be one of the site's largest ever events.

Indeed, at the time of writing more than 25,000 players had entered and with late registration open for two hours, it's likely the field will swell even further before it closes.

In addition to the prizepool, PokerStars will be handing out $50 for anyone who can knockout any of their sponsored pros during the tournament. 

WPT Barcelona latest

Berende still in

143 players sat down for a bout of bets and bluffs, yesterday, as Day 1B of WPT's Barcelona Main Event got underway.

Yesterday's selection of pros pushed the total field to 249 and, at the end of the session, just 89 players remained.

Leading the way was local cash game grinder Sergio Fernandez, who earned his place in the Main Event through a live satellite.

Ending the day with 170,600 chips, the Spaniard finished ahead of seasoned tournament pros, Paul Berende (108,800), Raul Mestre (53,200) and Davidi Kitai (13,700).

Tollerene recovering

Following his $1.7 million loss to Viktor "Isildurr1" Blom earlier in the week, Ben "Bttech86" Tollerene returned to the virtual felt yesterday with a $131,410 win.

Playing just 272 hands, the American grinder managed to recoup some of his recent losses and finish the day behind "Sanlker" who banked $212,791.

In a complete reversal of recent fortunes, "Isildur1" found himself at the wrong end of variance in the last 24 hours. 

After dropping $331,898, the Swede finished as the day's biggest loser ahead of Ben "Sauce123" Sulsky (-$107,253), Phil "OMGClayAiken" Galfond (-$99,622) and "bodamos" (-$69,388).
