EPT Bahamas And Aussie Millions About To Begin
The new poker year is only two days old, but with the PokerStars European Poker Tour Bahamas and the Aussie Millions, two top events are about to kick off already.
EPT Bahamas
On Monday, January 5th, the EPT PokerStars Caribbean
Adventure begins on the Bahamas. Scheduled quite conveniently, many pros could take an intermediate stop on the Bahamas on their way to Australia, before the important events of the Aussie Millions begin. Over 1,000 players are already registered, and almost 750 of them qualified online on PokerStars.

Besides the $10,000 EPT Event, which was won by the former StarCraft Pro Gamer Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier from France in 2008, PokerStars also offers a $25,000 High Roller event for each player with a large bankroll. Furthermore, a $1,000, $2,000 as well as a $5,000 NLH Freezeout side event are being offered.
Aussie Millions
On January 9th, the Aussie Millions will once again become the "biggest poker event of the southern hemisphere", leading thousands of players to the tables of the 18 championship tournaments until January 26th. The highlights will be the (AUD) $5,000 Heads-up Championship, the (AUD)
$100,000 High Roller Event and naturally the (AUD) $10,000 Main Event
