Fedor Holz wins One Drop
Has the PokerStrategist pulled off this the sickest Super High Roller run in poker history?
We have officially run out of new ways to say that Fedor 'crownupguy' Holz has won big in a Super High Roller. He has topped off an amazing summer in six-figure events by winning the $111,111 One Drop High Roller.
It started when he came second in the Super High Roller Bowl for $3.5 million. He went on to win three more High Rollers at the Aria, one on June 3 for $637,392, one on June 10 for $393,120 and another on June 17 for $276,012. He also cashed in another for $407,310.
Now he has defeated a field of 183 of the toughest No Limit Hold'em players in the $111,111 One Drop High Roller for his first bracelet and $4,981,775.
This makes him the biggest winner of the year with $9,676,369. It also makes him the biggest ever German winner with $18,495,174 in cashes and this also puts him in the top ten of the all-time money rankings. He now sits at number one in the Global Poker Index rankings.
Not bad for a 22-year-old.
It was a great day for PokerStrategists as another member of our German community, Koray 'poker41' Aldemir, came third in this event for an amazing $2,154,265.
Congratulations to crownupguy and poker41 for a life-changing day at the tables.
