High Stakes Duel returns with PLO

Patrik Antonius and Jared Bleznick will do battle next month, starting at $50k entry, with a No Limit/PLO hybrid version of the popular show.

After a long hiatus, High Stakes Duel is back on PokerGO next month. 

The series where two poker legends go head-to-head, raising the stakes each time, will feature Patrik Antonius vs Jared Bleznick. 

In a twist on the format, this will be a PLO/No Limit hybrid. The game will switch every 10 hands. 

The duel starts at $50,000 buy-in and the stakes increase every week until one player quits. The first round is on November 12. 

Antonius needs no introduction, of course, for his No Limit and PLO acumen. Bleznick is also widely regarded as one of the best PLO players in the world (Including winning the PLO Super High Roller Bowl) and in recent years become a fan favourite character at the WSOP with his 'sports cards' schtick.
