Last month we reported that former Kings Resort owner Leon Tsoukernik was in critical condition in hospital after a suspected overdose.

Last month he was airlifted to hospital after a possible unauthorised use of Propofol. Propofol is a powerful sedative, which famously killed Michael Jackson after being illegally administered by his doctor.

Criminal proceedings had begun on suspicion of committing grievous bodily harm. He suffered bilateral pneumonia which medical professionals did not think he would survive at the time.

We are pleased to say that since then, Tsoukernik has started to make a very positive recovery. He came out of a 40-hour coma and is now back at home.

He did an interview with Czech Forbes last week where he said he was feeling better than ever.

"My undying gratitude goes to Karim – Department of Anaesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Care Medicine. Quality that I have never seen anywhere in the world," he said in the interview.
