Misclick earns poker pro $1 million

Asher Conniff's million dollar misclick
OK, so it wasn't quite $1 million, but $973,683 isn't bad compensation for what Brooklyn based poker pro Asher Coniff had originally thought to be a mere misclick.
Playing under the alias - we're not kidding - "misclick", Coniff mistakenly registered for a $1,000 satellite to the recent WPT World Championship online, and then incredibly went on to win not only a seat but the actual event itself.
He outlasted the likes of former WSOP Main Event and WPT World Championship title holder Carlos Mortensen and WPT commentator Tony Dunst at what was an extremely tough final table, and described his accomplishment as "so surreal".
"I wasn't supposed to be here, I was playing online on Sunday, misclicked on the tournament and won. I played and now we're standing here, it's unreal."
In what was a fairytale April for the American, he also took down the opening event of the Borgata Spring Poker Open for over $200,000.

Bryan Micon facing 10 years in jail
Off the back of a police raid on his Las Vegas home earlier this year which pushed him to move to Antigua, an arrest warrant has now been issued by the state's Attorney General for the arrest of Bitcoin poker entrepreneur Bryan Micon.
Micon is the self proclaimed Chairman of now extinct Bitcoin poker room "SealsWithClubs", and had already launched a replacement in "SWCPoker" from his new location after the original operation was shut down.
However, that venture will now need to be put on hold as he prepares for the legal battle of his life. He's been charged with "operating an unlicensed interactive gaming system", and faces up to 10 years behind bars plus $50,000 in fines if convicted.
To help him in court, Micon has created a "legal defense fund" at gofundme.com and aims to raise $100,000 in total.
The ultimate poker proposal?
Massive credit has to go out to the Russian poker fan who had the guts to even attempt this crazy stunt.
Initially it appears as though a group of friends are being filmed during a police invasion of a poker home game, but soon it emerges the raid is all just an elaborate hoax, and fear turns to joy when one of the men seemingly under arrest suddenly gets down on one knee to propose!
