One Drop coming to the WSOPE
We round-up some stories you may have missed including news of another Super High Roller and KidPoker relaunches his YouTube channel.
One Drop coming to Europe (again)
The World Series of Poker Europe returns this November and it looks like once again there will be a One Drop High Roller on this side of the Atlantic.
Taking place at the King's Casino in Rozvadov, Czech Republic, the owner of the venue Leon Tsoukernik has revealed the schedule will include a €111,111 One Drop High Roller and that 31 players have already confirmed.
Phil Ivey, Daniel Cates, Tony G, Fedor Holz, Sam Trickett, Antonio Esfandiari and Dusk Till Dawn owner Rob Yong are all said to be preregistered for the event.
There is also set to be a 'mini' One Drop with a €1,111 buy-in.
KidPoker back on YouTube
It was popular back in the day with his infamous 'rants' and now it seems Daniel Negreanu has been spurred on by the new generation of YouTube poker stars by relaunching his own channel.
It looks like KidPoker is going to be putting out several videos a week, like this one from the Aria $25,000 event:
Of course it won't be for everyone. It's hard to say but it seems like the relaunch may have 'got' to fellow YouTuber Joe Ingram:
Pescatori sells bracelet
We often see WSOP bracelets up for sale on eBay and it usually makes us sad that a bracelet winner may feel the need to auction off their prized possession.
Not the case this week however, as four-time bracelet winner Max Pescatori has put his on sale with all the proceeds going to the survivors of an earthquake last year in Amatrice which claimed the lives of 240 people.
His 2015 bracelet from the $10,000 Seven Card Stud Hi/Lo Championship is currently going for $6,000 with the auction ending on February 16.
