CLIFFS (and some opinions) regarding cashouts (from someone who has read entire thread
-First and foremost, there is NO blanket answer to the question "Hey I'm from *insert location here*, should I cash out?".
-This being said, it appears that some Euro players and Canadian players have both withdrawn AND GOTTEN FUNDS through MB. Others have not been successful in this.
-The consensus is split as to whether the money is safer on the sites or in the hands of the payment processors. IMO, since it seems like they are going directly after the processors as well, I'd rather have it on the site ATM until we have more information.
-Also, some people of late have complained of checks from stars being bounced. This lends more credence to the fact that the money is most likely safer in your account until they can figure out a way to get the money out.
-Both sites have said that all funds are safe. Some people inexplicably seem to place some confidence in this as though they would ever say anything else.
-Finally, since Stars and FTP are going to continue to operate around the world (except in the US), I think that the incentive is high for them to make right by this in any way possible. Because of this, I see no reason why US player money is less safe than anyone else's. Think about it, either the US government somehow gets a hold of the assets of these companies or it doesn't. If the former happens, then everyone around the world is likely screwed. If the latter happens, the Stars and FTP certainly could not keep operating with any credibility if they are caught not paying out US player money.

Overigens is het wel opvallen dat betalingsverkeer via MB/Neteller wel supported wordt, maar dat iDEAL and uitbetalen naar bank niet werken bij FTP. Er zit dus nog wel iets scheef.
