Translation of rental agreement

Hi guys,
I'm a german student and I'm going to study in Maastricht in September 2009. Now i have an apartment, but i can't translate my rental agreement.
Is there anyone of you,who can translate this for me into German. The rental agreement has 9 pages, but you can translate it in catchwords, so i know the most important parts of it. I'm not sure whether it's Dtuch or Belgian so i quote the very first part of it:

De verhuurder geeft in huur aan de huurder die het aanvaarden in de toestand, beschreven in een plaatsbeschrijving,door beide partijen ondertekend, aan de overeenkomst gehecht en die er deel van uitmarkt,........

I would pay 50$ for it via Full Tilt Poker,Pokerstars or Neteller.

lol, it's the same. Except some strange words and expressions our southern neighbours use

I'm going to study in Maastricht this year as well, I hope u didn't took a appartment in Belgium? I've been there around and heard a lot of bad things and stuff...

Me too :), however that's like 9 kilometres to the faculty
People told us that the park were you have to go trough is pretty dangerous (but that's hear say). Further more you get a year contract so you have to stay there at least a year. (The house we visited double rented a couple of rooms for the months that students weren't there). I didn't get a good feeling over there, I sure hope you do.
It does have advantages as well
