Dear support,
About 2 months ago I made an account on PokerStars so I could watch the tables during an English coaching. The English are not using Mikogo like the Dutch community does, because they have too many people in a coaching at one time. Therefor I was forced to make an account on Stars, since I had no account yet. By doing so, I sort of messed up my chance to ever play tracked at PokerStars without even knowing. It was only a few weeks ago when I was thinking of moving to Stars, when I realised I tried to track my playmoney account, that never had the intention to be a real money account before. So now I'm stuck with a useless account and it has unsuccessfully been linked to my PokerStrategy account. Is there any way you can undo this for me so I can find another way to start playing tracked again? That way I can still move my bankroll to Stars and start playing there.
All the best,

Dear Xpload1989,
I'm sorry but PokerStars does not allow us to retrack existing accounts, unfortunately.
Thank your for your understanding.
Best regards,
Jeff"

Dear support,
As I totally understand the fact that PokerStars does not allow you to retrack existing accounts, I would like to explain how this situation is different. After I made the playmoney account, I never played on that account for obvious reasons. Later, PokerStars had this promotion where all playmoney accounts got $5 for free to try the real money tables. I tried to link my account to PokerStrategy so I could earn StrategyPoints, but while doing so I realised I never used any promotional code while registerin at PokerStars. Unfortunately I found out about that too late, and the linking had been a fact. Now it only shows a black v at my poker room list, which seems to mean something like an unfinished attempt to link accounts. Therefor, I'm not being tracked at the moment, but I am also not able to fill in any other information at the textfield there. That's why I'm stuck on that now, and asked you to look into it. I hope you can understand what I'm trying to say, since I don't really know how else I could solve this problem.
All the best,
