ben jij in elke MTT ook gebust waar je een refund voor kreeg viper? Want nadat ik terug was heb ik nog wel gecashed in sommige maar ik had gewoon een +avg stack rond de bubble en kwart short terug met 5-15 bb in de meeste. Krijg je dan ook nog een vergoeding denk je?
Geen idee. Bij mij waren het 6-max SNGs en ik ging telkens op disconnect zonder noemenswaardige stack en heb ook helemaal niet meer kunnen spelen, dus voor mij is pure refund fine. Maar idd, in MTTs kan de impact wel groter zijn, zeker als je al ITM was, of als je een grote stack hebt en die hebt zien wegsmelten tijdens die periode maar je nog niet bust was.
De refund voor mijn eerste disconnect was er overigens vrij rap gekomen. Maar voor die vier van nu, na die grotere downtime, heb ik nog niets gezien.
Maar hopelijk krijgen ze toch eindelijk eens die .be server in orde.

Had ook niet anders van ze verwacht, me fake sm refund was een fail 
Maar kan te maken hebben omdat het zaterdag was misschien.
maar is toch niet alleen belgisch? igg, ik had er ook last van gisteren, nog meer nederlands of is iederen hierboven belg?

Yesterday, 17th November, there was an ISP fibre connection issue between Brussels and Namur which has been impacting the PokerStars service between France and Belgium, and caused connection problems for some of our players. As the ISP is a separate company, the issues were not within our ability to control.

Hierbij mijn verkregen antwoord. Wel itm geraakt, maar mijn stack werd van 15bb , naar 8bb gebracht door deze disconnect time.

We have reviewed your request and note your finishing position received prize money. Unfortunately we cannot consider any additional compensation as there is no way of knowing what your final position may have been. Normally the only refund method is to return the tournament buy-in to all players, but since this means you would receive less money than you already have, permitting you to keep your winnings is the best option.
Please note also, at the time of your disconnection, the remaining players at your table continued to play without difficulty. This indicates the disconnection was not our site freezing but was a localised disconnection problem related to or near to your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
We are afraid that disconnections like these are completely out of our control and a part of the inherent risk of playing online poker. In fact we clearly state this in rule 18 of our tournament rules:
18. By participating in a tournament, a player accepts the risk of Internet disconnection, due to problems with the connection between their computer and the servers, lag or freeze or some other problem in the player's computer or the Internet. PokerStars does not accept any responsibility for a player disconnect except in the case of a server crash."

Alhoewel ik wel kan begrijpen dat het zeer moeilijk is om ITM spelers te compenseren, is het bovenstaande natuurlijk wel dikke onzin. Het lijkt alsof ze intern toch wel een communicatie-probleem hebben, want ik en sommige anderen hebben bevestiging gekregen dat er een probleem was met de .be server en dus alleen Belgen geïmpacteerd waren.
snap er geen moer van, mijn pokerstars begon ook te knipperen en raar te doen, precies op datzelfde moment en ik woon in haarlem en ik heb ook nog geen mail teruggehad, alleen dat ze het door zouden sturen ofzo...
nog meer mensen in NL die dit hadden of ben ik de enige nederlander?
