The Promoter of the €8,000 “War of the Roses” promotion is Poker Heaven.

The “War of the Roses” promotion will commence on 11th February 2013 @ 00:01 GMT and run until midnight of 17th February 2013.

The ONLY Sit n Go tables eligible for the above mentioned promotion will be €5 + €0.50 single table Sit n Go’s named “War of Roses” that will be available during the relevant period.

All points will be awarded according to the “Points Allocation” table & prizes as per the stated payout structure.

No account can be used for more than 17 hours a day (over any 3 day period); and no account can be used from more than 2 IP address and 2 device IDS (Computers).

All leaderboards will be updated daily and posted on a relevant website for customer viewing at the earliest opportunity each day.

All winning accounts are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with Promotional and General Network T&Cs. Any accounts found to be in breach of Fraud or Network rules will be locked and disqualified from the promotion.

By participating in the promotion you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event and television media interviews and press releases. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.

Any players found to be “soft playing” or “team playing” in qualifying tournaments in order to enable a player to further his position will be disqualified and all accounts will be suspended.

In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of Poker Heaven. Poker Heaven will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.

Poker Heaven accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.

The promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any ‘fold / time-outs’ or disconnects as per the general rules of the Poker Heaven Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Poker Heaven reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
