Quando costumava jogar SNGHU acontecia isso direto comigo. Nunca procurei saber o motivo...

We are really sorry about this inconvenience, by reviewing your account we came up with several reasons why this could happen:
1- That one of the two players did not accept the rematch.
2- That you both accepted the rematch but did not do it on time.
3- That you or the other player had some disconnection problem.Please review this options and if you feel that none of them applies please let us know.

I just wanted to add one more thing to my colleagues reply to you, even though a player accepts a rematch it will still be cancelled if the player does not have enough funds to cover the buy-in. The reason this is possible is because of the order the rematch feature works. First it asks both players if they want to rematch and then, once both players have accepted it requests the buy-in.
Deve ser isso mesmo, porque depois eu dei um search nele e ele estava em uma mesa de cash com menos do que o buy-in do torneio.
Obrigado suporte da Stars! Uma pena porque era um donkasso que estava aceitando todos os rematches.
