NL: Bet Sizes

Step 5 on the path to enlightenment for a No-Limit Jedi is the ability to choose the correct bet size. After all, No-Limit doesn't mean you're free to bet whatever amount you want, but also that you can bet the amount that best complements your goals.

The choice of a correct bet size is a tricky topic, but you can find one of the articles that deals with it in the silver section : Bet sizes - how much do you bet?

Over the course of the following questions, you can test your knowledge, respectively your math skills on this topic. Note that it's recommended not to use a calculator, as you will have to mentally manage this on the table, too.
