ICM from hell

One day, you wake up in hell. You vaguely remember rivering Korn the previous night, so this obviously has to be the retribution. The positive aspect of being in hell is that you're allowed to play SNGs and you're not tantalized with FL. Since you're in hell, your opponents play a perfect game according to Nash, though.
In the following quiz, you will find a couple of ICM situations with varying degrees of difficulty and sometimes just minor variations. But beware, some of these situations don't hide any tricky pitfalls; don't be frightened if you don't succeed in discovering all the small subtleties right away but rather try harder figuring it out instead. If the explanations in the solutions don't suffice, it's best to work through it a little by yourself, even if it's true that these extreme spots hardly ever come up on your tables.
