Сомик, объясни пож, а в чё тут различие между первым и вторым тарифом?
И также - что означают флажки стран? Это те страны, которые могут быть "представлены" или, быть может, те, находясь в которых можно юзать этот сервис? Сорри, не понимаю)

Скажите, если вдруг случится, что провайдер доступ заблочит к покерным сайтам, можно просто на этом сайте за 9$/мес зарегистрироваться и можно будет уже получить доступ ко всем сайтам?

Случилось мля, причем не только старзы блокнули но и пс до кучи. Слов нет борются с детьми инвалидами и покеристами.

из этого важно то что пока они не против, только если их не будут дальше жать наши, мля, законодатели, тогда им придется все типа забрать и даже не отдавать.
А пока можно через VPN катать.

Надежный впн тот, который стоит на твоем сервере или впс. Любой адекватный хостер при заказе бесплатно настроит на впсе впн, которым будете пользоваться только Вы. По цене будет примерно аналогично с сервисами, предоставляющими данную услугу, т.е. 10-20 usd.

Расписал бы что и как, если опыт есть.
