Не устанавливается соединение с PostgreSQL

Thanks, please do this:

1. Reboot.

2. Go to "C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/x.y/data" and if you see a "postmaster.pid" file there, delete it (not "postmaster.opts" which may be there too).

"x.y" is your PostgreSQL version so could be "8.3", "9.0", etc.

If you don't find a "PostgreSQL" at that location, check here for it and do the same deleting I mention above:

C:\Program Files (x86)

3. Reboot and click "All Programs -> Pokertracker 4 -> Pokertracker 4 (Logging Enabled)".

If PokerTracker4 is now working you should be all set but if not attach these to your reply:

--> C:\Users\some_name\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\PokerTracker4.log

--> The newest 2 or 3 logs from here:

C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/x.y/data/pg_log

or here:

C:/Program Files (x86)/PostgreSQL/x.y/data/pg_log

Finally click "Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer", expand "Applications" and in the middle open any recent "Error" items to see if any of them are about PostgreSQL and let us know what they say.
