проблема не пропала до сих пор не могу войти((уже и клиент переустанавливал((вот штосаппорт пишет

When you are viewing the screen you would like to take a picture of, press the "PrintScreen SysRq" key on the top right of your keyboard. By doing so, a screenshot is taken.

To save the screen shot, follow the steps below:

1. Open your 'Imaging' program; you can find this by clicking the Start menu -> Programs -> Accessories -> Imaging. Wait for the application to open.

2. Click the blank paper icon on the top left of the screen. Alternatively click 'File' and choose 'New'. A Pop-up message will appear. Please choose the JPEG format, to allow us to view the screen shot.

3. Once a new document opens, right-click your mouse and select "Paste". A pop-up message will be prompted. Answer 'Yes' to that question. You should be able to see the screen you have just copied.

4. Save this document as a JPEG file.
