Не могу активировать ХМ2

A) Если ХМ запускается, то следует на вкладке Home нажать кнопку My Licenses
и в открывшемся окне - нажать ссылку Clear my license

Б) Если ХМ запустить не удается - тогда при выключенном ХМ в этой папке
%appdata%\HoldemManager\
удалить файл
holdemmanager.hml

Эффект от (А) и (Б) будет тот же самый.

После чего залогиниться в свою страницу на сайте ХМ
https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/login.php
и в строке с ключом на ХМ2 нажать кнопку Reset all profiles
что сбросит обе активации
(под MSIE кнопка не срабатывает, применить другой браузер)

Затем запустить ХМ и ввести ключ, когда попросит.

не могу найти файл holdemmanager.hml

А это почти наверняка означает, что у тебя старая версия ХМ2.
обнови программу

Ну разве что ты не в той папке искал. Покажи скрин этой
%appdata%\HoldemManager\
чтобы все имена файлов видны были и расширения их.
для чего выключи в настройках Виндовс - Свойства папки - Вид - эту галку
не показывать расширения для зарегистрированных типов файлов

это папка Holdemmanager2

Такая же проблема! Обновил ХМ и он выдает точно такую же надпись. Как я понял vpmarat %appdata%\HoldemManager\ надо искать в: диск С/пользователи/.../appdata/roaming/HM. Но там не нашел файл "holdemmanager.hml"

Это на твоем скрине = папка установки
которая к обсуждаемому вопросу не имеет никакого отношения.
Нам нужна рабочая папка ХМ
вот эту строку
%appdata%\holdemmanager\
скопировать полностью (включая знаки процентов)
Открыть окно Moй компьютер и вставить в адресную строку, после чего нажать Enter
теперь в той же адресной строке увидишь "настоящий" путь, без использования системной переменной

Можно таким же образом использовать сервис "Поиск"
