As of 1 November, 2012, new Terms of Use will apply to the use of your NETELLER Account and the Net+ Prepaid MasterCards®.Changes to the Terms of Use are driven by the replacement of Conister Bank Ltd. by Optimal Payments Ltd. as the issuer of all Net+ Prepaid MasterCards. Members will not experience a change in the performance of Net+ cards as a result.
By continuing to use your NETELLER Account or Net+ card after this date, you agree to the new Terms of Use.
