Не устанавливается обновление 0%.Может кто знает что делать?

для установки обновления помог "танец с бубном":
кликнул на "правила и условия" перед "принять". ни в какие "правила и условия" не зашел, а просто пошло обновление.

правда, в обновленном пати все равно залогиниться не могу.

И долго ещё не сможешь, скорее всего.
Когда серваки перезапускают, это обычно надолго, часов 8-10 это норма. И потом ещё примерно столько же лучше не играть, так как баги после обновления бывают в 90% случаев, и лучше подождать, пока их починят.
