Такая проблема... Сделал 2 дня назад минимальный депозит на Старзы с Визы. Теперь хочу их вывести на Визу, но в вариантах вывода Визы нет. Есть только Букерсы, которыми я раньше пользовался. Кто-нибудь сталкивался с этим? Как решается эта проблема? Виза ВТБ24
Написал в саппорт. Вот что они мне ответили:

cross-references the requested amount with the methods you have used so far
for depositing (from the oldest purchase to the newest). If it is possible
to roll the money back to the original source, the system returns the
requested amount immediately to this source.
This is what is happening here. We can stop it from being automatically
returned to your MoneyBookers account, but that would mean blocking this
account. This would stop you from being able to make any successful deposits
from MoneyBookers account in the future.
Please let us know if you would like us to take this course of action.
