EPT Copenhagen: PokerStrategist In Day 2

184 players sat down at the tables on Day 2 of the PokerStars European
Poker Tour in Copenhagen. Big names were also seen playing today, but
not all of them managed to survive and advance to Day 3.

Amongst the Day 2 victims we could see the likes of Annette Obrestad,
Luca Pagano, Isabelle Mercier, Marcin Horecki and Ilari "Ziigmund"
Sahamies. However, some known poker faces are still in the race,
including players like Andreas Hoivold, PartyPoker European Open V
winner Roberto Romanello, Day 1B chip leader Andrea Benelli, Thor
Hansen, or Martin Wendt.

One of our PokerStrategy members, api90, was also in the tournament,
but he was crippled one the previous day just 4 hands before the day
was finished:
"I had a stack of about 19k and got QQ. I raised and somebody with a
stack of 15k pushed all-in. He had ATs and got the ace on the turn. So
I started day 2 with a stack of 4,600," he said.

He did not last long in the Day 2 competition, as he was sent to the
rail when his pocket sixes did not hold on against an opponent's AQ who
paired his ace on the flop. Nevertheless, api90
has only good words to say about the event and his performance:
"I got a wonderful experience and I am pretty satisfied about the way I played."

It took seven levels for the money bubble to burst, and all the
remaining 40 players are European. They were all lead by Norwegian
Anders Langset, who managed to build a stack of 326,8000 chips, after
previously being 10th on Day 1B with 50,800 chips.

The gap between the chip leader and the remaining players is quite
significant, as the second place finisher, Rasmus Nielsen, has 254,700
chips, while Peter Hedlung has 236,500 and is ranked third at the end
of the day.
