High Stakes Action: David Benefield Loses Over $1 Million in a Few Days
On Saturday, Benefield lost $608k, mostly against Patrik Antonius. On Sunday, he found himself stuck a further $234k, with URnotINdanger2 doing the damage. He then took a break on Monday but returned in the wee hours of Tuesday morning and dropped another $220k.

David "Raptor" Benefield's horror show on Full Tilt Poker's nosebleed stakes tables began on Saturday, where he lost $386k playing $500/$1,000 Pot Limit Omaha against Patrik Antonius. Afterwards, he dropped another $240k in a $200/$400 PLO Cap game against several opponents.
He returned on Sunday hoping to recoup some of those huge losses, but suffered another big blow to his bankroll. This time around, it was URnotINdanger2 to take $234k from him on the $200/$400 Heads-up Pot Limit Omaha tables.
Still up over $1 million in 2010
Benefield then disappeared from the tables on Monday, no doubt to take a breather after two straight days of losses. He didn't stay away for too long however, as he returned in the early hours of Tuesday morning, lost another $220k to take his total losses since Saturday to around $1.06 million.
The good news for Benefield is that he is still up by over $1 million for the year despite this bad run of form. It remaining to be seen if he will come back again in the next few days to try to recoup the huge losses.
