PokerStars reaches 900 million MTTs
In today's Sunday Round-Up we celebrate tournament 900 million for PokerStars and recap a dramatic Sunday Million finale.

After more than a week of counting down, PokerStars' milestone MTT - tournament #900 million - finally got underway yesterday.
Pitched with a $1 million guarantee and a buy-in of just $109, the landmark event saw the great and the good of PokerStars' pro roster ante-up, as well as slew of hopeful grinders.
Indeed, by the time the late registration period was over the prizepool had swollen to $1,871,100 thanks to 18,711 entrants taking to the virtual felt.
As ever the action was chaotic, but for those who didn't make it into the money a selection of spot prizes, ranging from $300 in cash to free entry to the Sunday Million, were on hand to soften the blow.
With the early frivolities out of the way and the bubble burst is was time to find a winner and as the final table developed a customary sense of generosity took hold of the final three players.
Having contributed to the demise of Australia's 'djwilo' in fourth place, 'earlgrey23', 'PaPakwanto' and Dan 'judgedredd13' Charlton all agreed to split the remaining prizepool.
A few ICM calculations later and the money was split accordingly leaving 'PaPakwanto' with the largest cut and only the title left to play for.
Just a few hands after agreeing to a chop it was the UK's Charlton who fell first and he was swiftly followed by 'PaPakwanto' after 'earlygrey23' caught a pair of kings on the flop to oust his final foe.

emjkemjk's rollercoaster ride to victory
There was drama in the finale of yesterday's Sunday Million as Canada's 'emjkemjk' rode a rollercoaster of fortune on his way to an outright win.
Having made his way past more than 7,340 players, 'emjkemjk' controlled 1/3 of the chips in play with just 11 payers remaining. However, as the tension began to increase he lost 80% of his stack in a series of mistimed coups.
Down, but not out, 'emjkemjk' rallied himself and by the time the final table of nine was formed he'd managed to regain the chip lead.
After learning from his previous mistakes the Canadian decided to lay low until just five players were left and then, in rush of aggression, he managed to oust three of his four remaining opponents.
That final flurry of action saw five become one in just seven hands and when the dust had settled it was 'emjkemjk' who was able to claim the $220,650 top prize.

Women come out in force
PokerStars' dedicated women-only tournament continued to see an increased number of participants last night as 271 players sat down for a shot at Sunday success.
Priced at only $55, the weekly women's event is becoming increasingly popular and by the time the final few were left battling for the top prize it was the Ukraine's 'Telefonac1k' who took control.
After seeing off rivals from Russia, Latvia and Finland, 'Telefonch1k' was able to outrace Germany's 'KleineTaschi' heads-up.
Having secured the final pot with ace king, the Ukrainian grinder raked in $2,622 as well as the honour of being the day's top female player.
