mir ist jetzt zum dritten mal die Mansionsoftware abgestürzt und ich konnte mich nicht mehr an die Tische setzen, an denen ich gespielt habe. Das sind immerhin 11 Buy-Ins für die 22er SnG's ganz zu schweigen von den entgangenen Preisgeldern. (Bei einem Tisch war ich schon ITM mit >10.000 Chips und bin dann dadurch das ich sitting out war dritter geworden.)
Ich habe Mansion eine E-Mail geschrieben und folgende tolle antwort bekommen

We have investigated the matter further and can confirm that MANSION did not experience any technical difficulties during the tournament you were playing in.On the journey from your pc to MANSION your information can travel through as many as 15 different ISPs. It is therefore impossible for us to know at which point this information was lost and even though half a dozen people may have experienced the same problem as you, this does not mean it is a failure with our system just that other players' routing was similar to your own.
Therefore MANSION cannot be held responsible for this and even though we understand how frustrating this could be for you, it does happen from time to time but thank fully very rarely, when accessing all online gaming sites.
Ich bin natürlich ziemlich stinkig und werde erstmal nicht mehr bei Mansion spielen, obwohl ich gerne noch den Bonus gecleart hätte.
Hat von Euch jemand eine Idee, was man da noch machen kann, oder kann PS da seinen Einfluss spielen lassen? Ich meine, ich bin ja anscheinend nicht der einzige, der Probleme hat und Stars und Party laufen bei mir stabil obwohl die Daten "travel through as many as 15 different ISPs."
