habe mal die liste der agb durchforstet und suche eine liste von programmen, die erlaubt sind und eine liste von programmen, die ich nicht öffnen sollte bei benutzen der software (bzw. internetseiten)
wie zum beispiel bei pokerstars.
weiterhin würde ich gerne wissen, ob data mining wirklich erlaubt ist bzw. fremde datenbanken in elephant reinkopieren auch wirklich erlaubt ist.
bei einer antwort wäre es nett gleich zu sagen ob es unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen anbietern von ipoker gibt, danke 
Bei iPoker kannst du fast alles machen was nicht direkt colluded.
Mining, Sharkskope alles kein Thema (bis jetzt).
Es macht keinen Unterschied bei welchem Skin du bist.
Nur Datenbekommen ist schon recht schwierig *grins* zumindest auf meinem Level - ich muß wohl doch noch mehr theorie machen und einen Up erwischen um endlich auf NL50 spielen zu können.

ich hab mal den support von mansion gefragt, ob es ein problem für mansion darstellt, wenn spieler datamining betreiben, als antwort bekam ich ein nichtssagendes "das können wir nicht empfehlen", was irgendwie nicht fisch nicht fleisch bedeutet in meinen augen/ohren. aber man kann ja auf titan minen, die störts rein gar nicht.

...und wer nicht bei Mansion oder Titan mint macht es auf einer der anderen sites im iPoker Netzwerk. Das Ergebnis ist immer das gleiche !

There are some tools and services which have legitimate uses for analysing your game, but which are not appropriate for use during play. For example, ICM (Independent Chip Model) and Nash Equilibrium tools may be used for post-game analysis and for studying hands which you have previously played. However, you may not use such a tool while the PokerStars software is open.
Some examples of tools and services which are prohibited only while PokerStars is running are:

Seiten wie tableratings.com, sharkscope.com oder opr.com sollten, während die Software läuft, nicht geöffnet sein. Außerdem solltest du kein Mining betreiben, und darfst nur die Stats von Händen verwerten, die du auch wirklich selbst gespielt hast.

und wen interessieren die Stars oder Fulltilt AGBs, wenn es hier um IPoker geht?
Weil die Liste der verbotenen Programme quasi universell gilt... Und da ich nicht im iPoker Netzwerk spiele, mich dort also nicht durch die Hompegae fummeln wollte, hab ich halt die Liste gepostet...
mit welcher Begründung sollte sie universell gültig sein? Pokerstars hat auf ipoker überhaupt nichts zu sagen, das geht denen auch überhaupt nichts an.
Angenommen deine Aussage wäre wahr, dann müsste dies auch explizit in den AGBs des jeweiligen ipoker skins stehen,was es nicht tut.
Darüberhinaus steht in den AGBs von ipoker nirgends, das man beispielsweise nicht auf sharkscope.com surfen darf, wenn der client geöffnet ist. Bei Stars schon. Schon hier ist der erste widerspruch, wäre deine Aussage wahr, so müssten sie es explizit in den AGBs angeben, was ipoker nicht tut.
Klar, einige dieser Programme kann man als überall verboten sehen, wie wohl z.B. Bots, aber nicht alle dieser Progs sind überall verboten

Wenn man selber nicht auf iPoker spielt, dann sollte man auf die Leute hören, die seit langem dort spielen und die vielleicht etwas mehr Ahnung haben.
